My experience with AnyDesk has been very good it always helps me to get in contact with client faster and easier manner with less than three clicks.And addition features of the software's such as file transfer makes it very attractive to use and recommend to others.

Pros

The best thing about AnyDesk which makes it different from any other software in the same field is that it allows users to connect and share there files, share there screens in much easier and faster than any software. And its Key features such as file sharing, access control and personalized user interface. Makes it one of the Preferred Software in the Globe.

Cons

With all the Features it Provides to the users there is always a lingering thought that is it safe or not?In Normal case it would be very easy to get authorization and anyone can access your files unless until any precaution is made.

Pros

Anydesk let me control at full access my computer at home while working remotely. I can access it anytime and superfast in my laptop and my mobile phone.

Cons

Avoid reconnection because of slow internet connection.

Anydesk is a great software for remote access. i have been using this software for more then 3 years. There are lots of features even in the free version. For me it's very easy to access someone's desktop and help someone virtually.

Cons

Overall experience is great. But there is always room for improvement. Sometimes on low internet connection system lags.

Overall its a very good application. Its UI and UX is designed very well. Its customer support is also very satisfactory and the best part is that they answer your questions or clear your doubts mostly at the same time.

Pros

Its ease of access and the simple features has really put it up in a higher category. The User experience is designed so well that it can leave behind any remote support providing application. The biggest problem for a new user was to connect with other computer in other application but anydesk has made it as easy that a person not only using anydesk, but also the fisrt time a remote supporting application as anydesk would be able understand that and start working on that immedidately.

Cons

Sometimes there are issues like connection interruption and other glitches, but thats only when it is conneted with another device and there are net issues. Its gets struct and to get it back on the track.

Pros

Love the ease of use, lets you connect to remote devices and they have a version for almost all major OS. Helps us connect to remote users and give them quick resolutions, saves times to visit their places. TO get a quick support one does not even need to install the product, it can just be executed without installation on Windows. Connecting to mobile phones is a big plus, but does not let you operate phones, only view. The personal edition is also free and does not bug you to subscribe to a paid edition.

Cons

Crashed on a remote computer once, but that's an isolated single event. Drag & drop file to remote desk does not work, I always have to transfer files by using ctrl+c +v. Would also like to see the ability to control mobile phones.

Pros

Les fonctionnalités comme la main en à distance, le partage et le transfert des fichiers, l'accès à plusieurs monuteurs sont vraiment fascinantes. Elles sont faciles à utiliser sur n'importe quel ordinateur.

Cons

Pas une fonctionnalité mais la version App du logiciel. en effet il penne à marcher sur des portables de marques differentes.

AnyDesk is definetly the best remote control software it has all the features needed for the best virtual assistance experience.

Pros

Whenever i have an issue using any working tool, all i need to do is reach out to the IT team which directly connects on my device using AnyDesk and becomes able to fix the issue

Cons

Rarely the remote control connection takes a little bit longer than usual, usually the fix for this issue is to just restart AnyDesk or the computer itself.

Pros

Anydesk supports a wide range of platforms, like Windows, Linux, Android, etc. You can use it without installation, so this is very easy for temporary remote access without any security concessions. Anydesk supports multiple screens and has the ability to switch between the remote screens. Users can record the ongoing remote session to make sure the remote person is doing legal activities. Unattended access is a great feature for users who want to access their devices remotely at any time without human assistance. The premium license enables more features such as address book, etc. However, the free version is enough for most of the low demanding users.

Cons

It's pretty hard to get customer support and fix the issue efficiently. High latency sometimes occurred over the Internet connection and some settings don't provide the expected behaviour. For instance, the remote share would be broken if you enable the "start new sessions in fullscreen mode option".

Ce logiciel est vraiment simple et fluide surtout pour des personnes comme moi qui font des dépannages à distance. En plus là version gratuite n'a pas de limite de temps contrairement aux autres. Ce qui est fascinant avec ce logiciel est qu'il est possible d'avoir un chat en temps réel avec la personne qui est connecté sur l'autre ordinateur en plus de cela il y a un option appelé historique de message qui vous donne accès à toute vos conversations dans le chat sur un fichier bloc note que l'on peut sauvegarder.

Cons

Le seul inconvénient que moi je trouve à ce logiciel est juste qu'il aut absolument des droits élargis de l'ordinateur que l'on veut prendre main pour pouvoir y accéder à la première connexion. Et aussi l'interaction dans le chat est limité.

AnyDesk is a convenient tool we use with my team for technical support. If anyone is unable to perform a task, they can get help remotely using AnyDesk. It does not require complicated installation or set up, which can confuse a beginner. Once you install and share your unique ID with the person on the other end, the process grants them full control of your computer for technical support.

Pros

I like how fast AnyDesk connects with another device remotely when you share the access code and have a stable internet connection. It gives someone who is miles away the ability to control your device and guide you on how to perform a task within the shortest time. It has a clean interface and it is easy to use even for beginners.

Cons

The blinking cursor is sometimes unresponsive. The connection seems to drop suddenly without warning. I suspect it could be an internet connection problem on either end but this could be frustrating when you have an urgent project and need technical guidance from a person in a different geographical setting.

Se hai un computer è assolutamente indispensabile. Quante volte hai avuto bisognosi di assistenza per il tuo PC oppure quante volte qualcuno ti ha chiesto aiuto per il suo? Anydesk è assolutamente la soluzione. Per me è per il mio lavoro è ormai diventato indispensabile. Sono una streamer, lavoro con computer ed i settaggi fanno parte del mio lavoro, non potrei ne lavorare ne tantomeno aiutare nessuno senza Anydesk.

Tutto, lo trovo essenziale, semplice, veloce, intuitivo.

With the lock-down due to COVID, I was forced to work remotely, like most people, and troubleshoot technical problems for colleagues, teachers and students. AnyDesk helped me lot: portable so no need for installation or account creation, small and fast with a simple straightforward interface.

Pros

Portable, small footprint and easy to setup. These three features are very essential when you are on the go. Has a clear enough interface that allows you to "name" the remote computers you connect to regularly.

Cons

Sometimes there is some down time on my connection so it would not connect to the server easily and even might have to shut it down and relaunch to kind of "force" the connection to reset.

Anydesk has been collaborating on remote activities during the COVID-19 pandemic. I use it a lot to access my company computer from home without using a VPN. I used it and the competitor and both did very well in all the accesses I made to solve problems and also access the internal network.

Pros

One of the features I like about Anydesk is the speed and fluidity of the tool during remote access. It is very difficult to crash even with a regular internet link. The interface is very friendly and easy to configure features. The screen sharing system is real-time and without delay. It helps me a lot to access remote documents.

Cons

Anydesk so far has not had any crashes and bugs. It is essential software in daily use.

I use Anydesk at work but also during my free time when I need to remote connect to another computer to give assistance. Never hangs and requires very little resources, plus it's very easy yo use for everyone and makes my work easier and faster as i can fix many problems without the need to be "on site".

Pros

Among the remote connection softwares Anydesk is the lightest, really easy to use for your peers, they just launch the executable, tell you the number ID and allow remote access. The interface is simple and easy to understand, with latest connections below and your ID in the top. To connect to a remote machine just fill the white upper blank field and wait for connection. Be sure to have a good quality line on both sides. Once connected you will interact as you were physically in front of the computer, with your keyboard and mouse. Of course you can also transfer files. The free connections last for 60 minutes. A really good program, you should have it on your pc.

Cons

The field where you have to write the ID number of your peer is a bit hidden

Pros

While using AnyDesk, I have managed to control the host device easily and quickly, without issues and lags during the session. It has never failed me and it has a lot of options that allow multiple tasks, even the complicated ones to be performed flawlessly and in a simple manner. The options offered in this tool will do everything that you need and the interface is very neat and nice.

Cons

The connection speed is not the greatest if the internet quality varies. In other words, if you are using mobile data where you are on the move but still using the tool, it might get slow or lag at times or even freeze. Still, it goes back to normal quickly.

Pros

We can easily provide assistance because we have remote access to our clients' computers. The application is extremely lightweight and establishes a connection between two devices quickly. Because I adore its customer service and practical features, I use it a lot.

Cons

It requires a lot of effort to configure due to its complicated security settings. We have to restart the session if the opponent system locks up and the session automatically disconnects.
