Just to say that I am using this software since 2018 and continue to use this for providing technical support on our customers.

Pros

Ease of use Customazation according to company needs (branding, logo, disclaimers, network parameters and many others) Cheaper than closest revival Good dashboard with also history of connections Address book with common connections Option to create web connection, without the need of software.

Cons

Some years ago, this was way cheaper. Unfortunatelly, latetely they have changed charging policy, however to be honnest, it's still in very competitive price.

\- Price. TeamViewer was very expensive. - Imcombatibility with newer versions. If a customer had a newer version, you could not connect to them, unless you pay to get the newest as well.

Easy to use and able to rename devices to your choosing.

Cons

Sometimes it disconnects you, aren't able to control desktops if the user suddenly takes over.

Pros

I enjoyed that AnyDesk kept a steady connection even over slower internet. Remote control response speed is excellent, it is easy to troubleshoot and work with distant machines without stale data getting in the way.

Cons

Moving large batches of files sometimes fails to complete the file transfer feature. This can lead to interruptions in workflows when I need to send multiple documents at once.

Pros

AnyDesk maintains the responsive connection while file transferring which I like. When I’m updating systems or having to pull a bunch of items from remote drives on the go it’s very helpful.

Cons

Some minor issue is a problem with resetting of unattended access after system reboots. I had to re enable access or resend credentials manually.

Overall experience is quite good. Harmony among devices is noticed while using this software. But the performance dropped on an unstable network, which is disturbing. 9 out of 10 may be given on a rating scale.

Pros

This software has widespread use around the world, due to its astonishing remote access and sharing facility. It's easy to use. Compared to other software, it provides the easiest setup with a well-organised interface with adjustable screen resolution. Customer support is fast and appreciable.

Cons

Compared to other products, pricing seems a little bit higher. When low connectivity or internet speed issues arise, it can't provide unbreakable performance.

Das Programm ist einfach nutzbar für Kunden.

Cons

Die ständigen technischen Probleme, welche eine professionelle Nutzung verhindert. Manchmal öffnet sich die Fernwartung innerhalb weniger Sekunden. Und jedes zweite Mal lädt der Sitzungsaufbau über 30 Sekunden um dann abzubrechen, was sehr unangenehm ist, während man mit dem Kunden am Telefon ist. Man macht einen richtig unprofessionellen Eindruck.

The fact that it doesn’t consume too much of the system resources and still provides high quality display even over a low bandwidth connection.

Cons

I think the only concern I have is the security concerns that is associated with most remote access software.

Pros

It is so easy to install and to locate the remote connections that you frequently use.

Cons

When you make a connection to a pc that is connected at the mean time to a remote desktop, it doesn't let you see the remote desktop screen.

il peut y avoir des restrictions d'accès sur les Mac donc cela demande un peu plus de paramétrages

As a system engineer, I use any desk for my daily task operation. When I need to troubleshoot our customer's issues with remotely, I used anydesk. It is very useful and helpful, easy to use, light weight, Simple GUI, I can change anydesk user name and crate password. The most i like feature is I can control and monitor with my Phone and I don't need to install to use this software.

Cons

No Cons, But sometimes, when I access and connect others anydesk Id, I wa faced that any desk software shows the waiting time seconds screen.

I have used this product at the request of other companies who contract me to assist their customers. I connect my laptop to the customer's equipment the provide remote access to the contracting company so they troubleshoot/configure the equipment. AnyDesk was easy to install and operate.

Ich bin normalerweise kein Mensch der negative Bewertungen schreibt. Gerade in unserem Digitalen Zeitalter ist es immer wichtig objektiv zu bleiben und nicht nur das schlechte zu sehen. Aber Anydesk wird immer schlechter und den Support Interessiert es nicht die Bohne, weshalb ich diese Bewertung verfasst habe.

Pros

\- gute Performance - viele Funktionen - einfache Implementierung

Cons

\- verliert plötzlich das Zugangspasswort sodass Kunden erst einen Zugriff freigeben müssen. Sehr problematisch bei Severn. - IDs Ändern sich plötzlich sodass nicht mal mehr eine Fernwartung möglich ist

We had a short trial to evaluate the software over Teamviewer. Communications were friendly and polite and we had regular check ins to see how we were doing and if we needed any help. The app itself is fast and easy to use when using it across some test devices, but the app builder is terrible. Genuinely I don't understand how someone signed off on that part of the deployment process. Seems to be a common theme from some Reddit reviews.

Pros

The app is fantastic and super easy to connect remotely to machines

Cons

The app builder for deploying an app to remote devices using your own settings is quite possibly the worst thing I've ever used. It's slow, it's buggy, it almost always forgets settings you've ticked/applied, and remote access is painful.

In principle, it is good software, but because of the breach you have one less customer because of me. I also think the licence is definitely in the higher price segment.

Pros

Works most of the time pretty good. (about 99%) It is good value for money.

Cons

The late information about a breach. So i've changed to another remote-tool.
