Der Kundenservice ist katastrophal. Unsere Lizenz hat nicht mehr funktioniert, der Service schreibt dazu wörtlich: "es sollte prinzipiell möglich sein für sie auf die neue Version umzustellen. Wir sind intern gerade am klären warum das für Sie nicht zur Verfügung steht." Danach 2 Wochen Funkstille. Trotz mehrfacher Nachfragen. Wir können unsere Kunden seit über 2 Wochen also nicht mehr bedienen. Eine Katastrophe für unser Unternehmen. Wenn die Verfügbarkeit eine Rolle spielt, sollte man lieber einen anderen Anbieter wählen.

Der schnelle Verbindungsaufbau, wenn es mal funktioniert.

Cons

Der Kundenservice, der Preis, die Installation, die Weboberfläche, die App.

Teamviewer wurde uns zu teuer, Anydesk war etwas preiswerter, dafür aber auch schlechter, wie sich im Nachhinein herausgestellt hat.

Overall, I think Anydesk is one of the most useful tools for folks in the Computer/Technology industry.

Pros

I use Anydesk a lot to connect to my coworkers and quickly collaborate on tasks within the project. Anydesk is very easy to use and quite affordable. I like that I can access anydesk on my phone. That has come in handly a couple of times in my work life so far. I also like that I can transfer files between my computer and the computer that I am connected to. This feature is quite useful. Did I mention that I can connect to more than one machine at the same time? Another one of my favorite features about Anydesk.

Cons

Anydesk used to be completely free for use but nawadays they have started charging. The good thing is that the price is affordable so this is not really much of a disadvantage.

No cons for this tiny software, everything worked perfect until now.

AnyDesk is an easy-to-use app and intuitive due to its simplicity. There are not a lot of steps to access your remote desktop. You may leave it turned on, and open the AnyDesk app every time you're going to use it.

Cons

AnyDesk could improve the multi-screen feature, so you don't have to open a new window for each desktop. It would be easier if you just open AnyDesk and it already shows your available desktops.

Pros

El producto es extremadamente fácil de utilizar y muy intuitivo. Llevo usándolo varios años para trabajar y no tengo ninguna queja. Personalmente, las funciones que más me gustan son el poder acceder en cualquier momento a un monitor sin importar si esté conectado o no. También me gusta mucho que se pueda elegir los permisos que dar a la persona que se conecta, por ejemplo no tienes porque darle permisos para modificar si no quieres.

Cons

Si tuviese que poner alguna pega sería que cuando te conectas a un ordenador para realizar tareas junto a otra persona, se pueden llegar a generar errores si los dos estáis tocando a la vez la misma pantalla.

Overall I'm happy with Anydesk. It's fairly priced, and easy enough to use.

Pros

Anydesk is easy to say and tell people how to get, and seems solidly built. It updates much more regularly than it used to. I feel like Anydesk 5 was out forever and now they're on 7 only a year or two later.

Cons

Setup is non-traditional for permanent installation. It isn't clear to normal users how it works right off the bat to secure a system with a password.

Overall my experience with AnyDesk has been positive so far and looking forward to use the same application for a while. It has catered all my needs so far and I have high hopes for the same from this application. Despite having some cons, it is easily one of the best application when comes to Remote Desktop Software applications.

Pros

The ability to access my desktop from anywhere around the world via AnyDesk on my laptop comes in handy. AnyDesk also provides security features like encryption, authentication, and access controls to protect my remote desktop sessions which is one of the things I mostly like about it. Even the User interface is very neat and friendly plus when I first installed the application on my PC, it was very easy to set it up without any instructions or anything.

Cons

I think this would be that its not free for commercial use like I generally have to use it for my own self but if in future I want to use it commercially maybe I'll have to look for other free tools or compare them with AnyDesk to see which one is cheaper and offers most amazing features in budget price segment. Other than that AnyDesk should also ensure authentication as some scammers from Bangalore use it to rob genuine people from abroad . The company should ban such accounts and monitor its authentic use.

Mi ha aiutato in maniera enorme, sulla gestione remota dei clienti, sia dal punto di vista dell'assistenza che dall'invio dei documenti con una faciilità di gestione superiore a quella di altri prodotti appartenenti alla stessa fascia

La gestione ottimale dell'invio dei files di qualunque tipo, nessun problema di lag ne con la visualizzazione ne con l'invio di files

Cons

Basandosi su server esterni il servizio non risulta disponibile durante l'aggiornamento degli stessi, fortunatamente l'operazione di aggiornamento non è così frequente.Risulta un po' fastidioso il fatto che, tra una sessione e l'altra, non viene memorizzato l'ordinamento di visualizzazione (per nome, per data, etc) cosa che invece era perfettamente funzionante nelle versioni precedenti.

We mostly use this as introduction for new hired employees or newly transferred employees so there are some data and templates that need to teach them but we are not available to go in different location every time. So by using Anydesk it helps us to be time efficient and cost efficient we really do not go from there to there just to teach these datas and templates on them so we simply access there desktop remotely and they can watch us how we use and how we do this datas and templates .

Pros

In my job which monitoring other warehouses inventory, I usually used this to access different desktop on others, sometimes when I need to teach them how to use certain datas or templates I use this to help other employees to watch and to see the actual practices I used in using datas or templates. So Anydesk is become my bridge to connect to other employees when it comes to teaching and briefing datas and templates.

Cons

sometimes I encountered lagging part, sometimes my cursor is late in perspective of other computer, but maybe this will be improve of course.
