Cons

what I liked the least is that it has a connection failure on networks with firewall restrictions or with poor internet connection quality.

Well, Everybody knows that the AnyDesk is almost good at all but I would like to share my experience too. I'm using the AnyDesk on the Business level as well as on Personal Level. I use to connect with family and friends computers and at the business level, I use to deal with my clients through AnyDesk. Honestly, I never got into trouble, The thing that you will like most In the AnyDesk is, Keeps working on a low internet connection. You can also use this software to control multiple systems but definitely, you will need a good internet connection and AnyDesk will keep working smoothly. Now if you are thinking of Remote control software, then definitely the AnyDesk is going to meets all your requirement. You can access your team computer at once or you may connect with your home computer without any hesitation. AnyDesk will not host any of your files and your whole session will be secured and visible only to you. I will highly recommend you to start using the AnyDesk instead of using third-party cheap and local software.

Pros

Applying restrictions to anyone during the whole meeting is one of my favorite ones. I use this feature on a daily basis to restrict screen sharing for a joined partners. As I have created meetings to lecture my clients, so I would like to share my screen only. That's why I always use to restrict all other participants from sharing their screens. Another feature I liked most in the AnyDesk is File Sharing without any hosting. This is a good thing that the AnyDesk software is not going to host our shared files on its server or on any server. Many peoples or using AnyDesk just for secure file sharing without getting hosted, Because some files contain personal data and need to be secure. In fact, this is also a reason that why I'm still using AnyDesk. Moreover, the Feature of the controlling system at once is also amazing at all, there is no long procedure for connection with multiple systems. All we need to do is create a System ID and Password. And I can access multiple systems at once without any hesitation, and the AnyDesk is not going to crash.

Cons

I'm using The AnyDesk for a long time and I have a good experience with it. But honestly, I have some objections that some feature needs to improve. First of all, I don't like generating random passwords and a random system ID. It should ask by the user for creating the desired password and the desired ID. And it should ask for once, Whenever I start the AnyDesk software, it is going to create a random password each time. And each time I need to connect with the client's system, I will ask him to share his Anydesk details first. And this thing is going to create doubt in my client's mind about my skills, and he will think that I'm not as professional as he was looking for. Secondly, sometimes it keeps showing me connection errors while my client is waiting for a demo through the remote desktop protocol on his own system. This thing always wastes a lot of time and leads me to lose my client sometimes. I hope that the respected team of the AnyDesk will have a look at this problem and will make it better for future use.

The least thing that not like in AnyDesk is the screen is looks very small, or not some parts from pc are clear. need to zoom that things.

### "Good Software, Horrific Customer Support, Greedy Cancellation Policy!!!!!!"

Since they do not have a direct line to their billing department, I called their sales department and was told to make a ticket. Eventually (now months after my initial email) I got a response telling me that because I didn't let them know 3 MONTHS prior to the renewal date that I wanted to cancel that I had to pay the bill and couldn't cancel until the following year! I asked them to be flexible since I had waited forever for them to actually respond to me (never were my billing@anydesk.com emails ever directly responded to). A week or two later I would get a response back basically saying nope - I owe them money. They new I wasn't using the software for the months of trying to get them to answer and clarification. Instead of showing some sense of flexibility with their lack of response (which if I heard back from them in time would have given me time to cancel my other software and pay them and use their software). As a customer, they want me to be fine with them taking an unreasonably long time to respond to billing questions, yet as a company they are incredibly rigid and not willing to show any flexibility with customers - especially as we try and come out of a pandemic! While it is in their terms and conditions, requiring 3 months notice to cancel a renewal prior to the renewal date to me is incredibly unreasonable. Who is thinking 3 months before you have a renewal if you will renew or not? To me this is a policy to purposefully trap customers.

Pros

The software, for the most part works well and was easy for clients to be able to use. The branding was a nice feature.

Cons

Once in awhile certain functions like copy and paste wouldn't work - this was more of a rare occurrence though. Biggest "con" has been in dealing with the company. I used a paid version of the software for a year. I enjoyed it, but when it came time for my renewal I figured I would see what else was out there - always with the plan to come back to AnyDesk if I didn't like alternatives. That is where AnyDesk's true colors came out. First, there is no autopay (or at least none that was set up). So when they sent me an invoice at renewal time I had figured, my account would auto cancel if I didn't pay for it (this was my misunderstanding and I own up to that part). I stopped using the software as I started using another and had a 40 Day window that I could get a refund on that. I then received a billing email from AnyDesk with the line to contact their billing department at billing@anydesk.com if I had any questions. I sent them an email explaining that I was trying a different software and to please cancel my account. I heard nothing back. a few weeks go by and I get another billing email, so I sent them another message. Nothing. Another email comes, so at this point I am a little ticked, so I send another message stating I have asked them twice to cancel my account and to please stop harassing me. Then I get a letter in the mail saying they were going to put me into collections if I didn't pay. (continued below)

It has everything from remote access to screen sharing, file transfer to session recording which is required for our organization. It helped us to resolve system related queries quickly and we are resolving 90% queries in first attempt.

1) it's very easy to use. No technical knowledge is required. So any user can give access without delay. 2) can share files 3) it helps us to resolve atleast 90% system related queries in first attempt. 4) can record entire session 5) keep a track of sessions 6) we can set connection type like only incoming or outgoing or both as per requirement. 7) works smoothly in poor internet connection 8) can chat uses if user is not reachable over phone. 9) can customise it as per requirement 10) can take multiple access at one time

Cons

I am using anydesk since many years and I don't see any issues or challenges while using it. But sometimes connection to some users takes time that may be due to firewall but overall ok.

In overall, AnyDesk has helped minimize physical human interactions by accessing customers' desktops and doing work remotely. However, with poor internet connect, logging into the other desktop using AnyDesk can be a hassle but that has nothing to do with AnyDesk but internet.

Pros

I like that in my field of work as a Technological Services Intern in POS machines, we don't have to visit all merchants to solve issues to do with their machines, but we can actually access their desktop and do it remotely through file sharing and even installing without physically interacting. Recording sessions is really important too as a security measure for future reference.

Cons

It is prone to remote access scams especially if the wrong person gets access to your desktop.

Allora AnyDesk si presenta un programma molto leggero sia su windows che per mobile, è estremamente facile nel suo utilizzo, viene usati da molti per assistenza remota è devo dire mi ritengo molto soddisfatto di quello che è il programma non necessita di installazione e pesa solo 5 MB, risulta facile nell'utilizzo anche per i meno esperti, è sicuro da accesso completo al PC con estrema facilità che dire continuate così 👍

Cons

Di AnyDesk non mi è piaciuto molto l'app mobile molto difficle quando ti colleghi da mobile a un host PC, perchè involontariamente si apre la tastiera o il tasto destro del mouse è diventa difficile uscire da quelle impostazioni lì del resto funziona bene senza lag anche su mobile

My general experience using AnyDesk:- The program is good and has many features- Every organization needs it, no matter how big or small- It has some negatives and errors, but I believe in the next updates will be resolved.- I still use it today, and I will continue to use it because I don't see a competitor for it at the present time.

Pros

The program facilitates work. I will give examples for clarification:- I have an employee in the company who has encountered a problem with his device. From where I am in a different department of the company, or maybe in another branch outside the country, I can access his device and solve the problem for him.- I want to transfer files from my old device to the new one, without having to upload it to websites or transfer it to an external hard drive. I use "Any Desk" and transfer the files.

Cons

There are three negatives that bother me:Slow file transfer.- The program must detect viruses for fear of sending a virus through it and sticking it to another device.- The whiteboard is unnecessaryScreen sharing is slow motion (either from the internet or the software needs to be updated)

\-Anydesk is one of the best softwares which can be used to access desktops or even mobiles remotely. It is thus an effective and useful tool for working from home thus saving time & travel . -Easy to install and use -Free version and paid versions are available. Paid version is not too expensive. -Connection can be established fast and there is no time limit for the session usage -If we want to access any desktop remotely ; we need to send a request and any person at the other end should accept this request in the desktop in order to establish a connection and start screen sharing. Automatic connection by just entering a simple password is also possible by changing the security settings. - This software helps IT people to check and resolve PC issues remotely which is a great feature . Hence the overall experience is outstanding .

Cons

There are numerous pros and hardly any cons to be specially mentioned. We just need to take care of following points: -Sometimes , the session gets disconnected due to low connectivity and once the connection becomes stable ; automatic connection is not established. We need to manually connect again. -There are chances of misuse and hacking are if we move away without disconnecting the established connection. So we need to be careful. -While accessing your office PC remotely using Anydesk, the window may seem to look smaller and difficult to work with. The screen resolution and settings needs to be adjusted to solve this .

### "Great Free Alternative to Teamviewer"

Really pleasant and a great alternative whenever the Teamviewer License we use at work is under use and we've been considering and slowly moving our clients to AnyDesk because paying Teamviewer is now an expensive subscrption when there's so much good alternatives.

Pros

It works exactly how'd you expect if you come from using Teamviewer or other remote desktop access applications. You can transfer files, keep bookmarks of your most accessed computers or just organize them. Anydesk has also improved with time, which now I find no use to keep paying for Teamviewer which has become really expensive as of late. Anydesk has a lot of the options you would need from Teamviewer and does them right and secure. Even better when the price is FREE.

Cons

It can be a little bit heavy on the CPU side when using it on older hardware. Keep that in mind. If the connection is really slow, it can lag a bit, but you can optimize the image to be quick and disable the sound, whereas in Teamviewer, the image will just freeze and you have to quit Teamviewer, the only issue with AnyDesk is just the CPU Usage. Also the Mac Version used to be buggy, haven't used it in a while, but Buggy as in all the text was white (not sure if it's on the latest OS X, have not used it in a while, been on Windows).

Pros

AnyDesk offers free Remote Desktop access to personal and commercial users. It offers many security features and access control which are adequate for most use cases. AnyDesk works fine over relatively slow internet connections and works behind NAT.

Cons

I like most of the AnyDesk features, and I don't have any complains about the AnyDesk itself. One of the issues I observed for Linux users is that the repository sometime does not work or it's security key expire.

It is a great tool for me i use it to connect with my clients and remotely access there PCs to install scripts and software in there machines and teach them how to use it and also do some troubleshooting in there computers

I like the fact that once i was got familiar with anydesk i then did not have to go anywhere else because i could use it for my mobile for laptop because it is available for mobiles too. and secondly like like all the basic and advance feature are there for example screen sharing, remote access, voice or chat etc etc

Cons

The anydesk is very very slow sometimes yes i know that sometimes there is a bad signals but still it needs to be optimized more

Mon expérience est super bonne. Je l’utilise chaque fois que je travaille de la maison donc c’était important pour moi que je trouve un logiciel aussi performant.

Pros

Ce que j’ai apprécié de ce logiciel est que premièrement il est gratuit. Deuxièmement il est vraiment facile de comprendre comment il fonctionne. Tout le monde le comprendrait facilement. Tu peux même connecter tes deux écrans. Vraiment je le recommande.

Cons

Pour être honnête au début c’était la connexion de mon deuxième écran d’ordinateur du bureau. Je n’y arrivais pas, mais j’ai trouvé comment en recherchant d’autres avis sur internet et maintenant je n’ai plus ce problème.

En general Anydesk es una aplicación que de ser utilizada de manera correcta puede eficientar muchos de los tiempos de la empresa. El poder dar o recibir el control de tu equipo de manera que ambas partes estén de acuerdo de esto mismo hace a anydesk un aliado necesario.

Lo que más me gusta del sistema de anydesk es que puedes conectarte desde cualquier punto a equipos remotos. En mi experiencia esta funcionalidad la vamos utilizando para la resolución de problemas técnicos por parte del departamento de informática. Anydesk cumple con lo que promete, un sistema gratuito con el cual puedes conectarte de manera distante a otros equipos.

Cons

En general el mayor defecto que le veo, es que suele ser un poco inestable una conexión a largo plazo. De resto creo que es una aplicación que ha hecho que se disminuyan costos en la empresa, ya que desde esta misma podemos evitar dar vueltas a los talleres de tecnologías de info por temas que se pueden resolver desde vía remota.

The biggest benefit I have from the program is that when I need to make an adjustment on a remote machine, the owner needs to download the software and run it. Currently, because of the pandemic issue, this has benefited me greatly to support or fix any inconvenience with the machines I am in charge of at work without interrupting their work process.

Pros

Anydesk have the biggest advantage over other similar programs, its portability is not necessary to install the program to use it, also allows free use if you use it personally, the intuitive use makes it ideal for people who are just starting to use these programs to connect to computers remotely from your home or work, the speed of the program is not affected if realio multiple connections, there are clients of the program for different operating systems including Raspaberry.

Cons

The drawback I have found is that when installing the virtual printer is installed automatically, so that this does not happen you have to check the installation options, and the option to disable the background execution of the application.

We use it to manage all our desktop and laptop devices in the office and at home. We mostly transfer files. and we connect to our customers for technical support.

Pros

The wake on LAN feature and the automatic connection feature with a defined password are very good. It is also preferable that there is no connection time limit in the free version.

Cons

Wake on LAN setup may be more practical. It would be more practical if the defined computers are selected with the select box from the ID entry screen.

### "AnyDesk saved my grades by the Bell! "

I am overall satisfied with AnyDesk. Although there are many areas of improvement, it meets my current IT demands and makes me feel relaxed in high-pressure situations.

Pros

I came home with my new Laptop and a pen drive filled with SolidWorks3D installation files, adamant to install and complete a project overnight - which will ensure my passing grade in my Master thesis. But Alas! The crack files got corrupted due to safety reasons and I got panicked. My intentions were to follow youtube tutorials and complete the whole installation process as per instruction. However, I called my remote friend and flagged him my distress signal. He laughed and asked me to install AnyDesk, on which I had no idea before. He not only instantly transferred his crack file to me without any interruption, but also installed the whole software like it was nothing. I was spellbound about the AnyDesk features - its swiftness, user-friendliness, transferability, and above all its ease to control. I have used other remote softwares before, but none of them is comparable to AnyDesk. It is pure love.

Cons

I feel like there should be some control where the user can select multiple folders of files that would be invisible to the other end-user. Also, audio features could be added to ease the communication. There are also some safety risks such as remote file transfer capability - I think every time the user enters into a folder or transfers files, remote authorization should be provided from another end.

Why not move from TeamViewer to AnyDesk? It's free, easy to use, and install (there is version-wise bullshit like TeamViewer), low-speed internet operability, smaller file size, better control, improved and pleasing visual etcetera.

### "A great way to give and receive computer support"

It is a wonderful software, I have been able to provide support to people from different companies, in other cities without any inconvenience, I have been able to transfer files easily and quickly and I have been able to make configurations to computers and servers without difficulties. This is a great tool for the workplace, you can help a large number of people and if you get stuck, get help from someone else.

Pros

\-This great program allows me to control several computers at the same time, they can be servers, desktop computers and even mobile devices. -I can transfer files quickly, as simple as pressing control + c on one computer and control + v on another. -It has good security control, you can put a password so that not just anyone accesses and control the ports. -It is not necessary to install, simply by downloading the program it can be used in a portable way.

Cons

\-The mobile version most of the time has not worked for me -It has some conflicts between firewall and ports when giving permissions. -If the person who owns the computer who is supported is on a call, her voice cannot be heard.

To provide IT support, these types of programs are vitally necessary, and if their use is made easy, then most of the necessary setup work can be done quickly and with high quality.

Pros

having most of the functionality needed for remote management, possibility to use free version (for non-commercial use), convenient and easy user interface, sufficiently stable operation.

Cons

from time to time, during the installation of the program, there are situations where, for unclear reasons, it is not possible to connect to the AnyDesk network. A slightly disturbing situation when you need to quickly install the AnyDesk program
