Anydesk is by far one of the best remote desktop options on the market, it is small in size and as so can be downloaded and set up easily. File tranfers between computers is fast and easy and overall it is a very easy to use software even for total beginners.

Pros

Any desk is ready to use right of of the box, offers a great trail where you can use it none commercially with all the features even without installing it you can use it to access a remote computer or for your computer to be accessed just by clicking the execution.

Cons

I i'm yet to experience any negative features on anydesk. Apart for needing an internet connection to be connected.

Daily I use Anydesk for remote work because I am in Home Office. I also support clients with the software and even computers from the company where I work. I can access computers from anywhere at any time due to being multiplatform, operating via Windows, Linux and mobile. Anydesk is indispensable in my day-to-day.

Pros

Anydesk is very easy to use software, allowing remote control of several computers at the same time. Very light and safe, facilitating support for customers, being possible to use the desktop and mobile version. Among the various features of the software, the following stand out: - Possibility of simultaneous access to several computers; - Secure access via authentication password; - Multiplatforms, being possible to run on Windows or Linux and mobile computers. - Minimum necessary accessible requirements; - Screen capture to identify problems; - File transference; The program perfectly complies with its proposal to be a fast and secure application.

Cons

The only flawed point I notice is that the software allows remote control of the computer simultaneously by more than one application. In my opinion, this is not very safe, as it would allow for badly designed hacker control. For this possibility, there should be two-factor authentication to increase security, such as sending SMS or email. This is the only downside of the software.

Teamviewer has a major caveat, which is the compatibility of versions between the computers that will be connected. If the host computer is not the same version as the local computer, access will not be allowed. This is a very bad thing for me, as your client is not always able to download the new version of the software.

A versão gratuita já oferece todo o necessário para essa atividade, é possível realizar várias sessões simultaneamente e o produto não fica tentando forçar a compra de uma licença através da práticas como limitar o tempo de acesso.

Pros

O acesso é simples mesmo a computadores onde o produto não está instalado, basta realizar o download do arquivo no computador que será acessado e executá-lo sem a necessidade de instalação. O acesso pode ser realizado mediante a autorização do usuário no computador remoto ou mediante uma senha pré-definida (requer instalação). Mesmo na versão gratuita as funcionalidades disponíveis são suficientes para a maioria das necessidades de acesso remoto, incluindo visualização da tela remota, controle do computador remoto, transferência de arquivos e compartilhamento da área de transferência.

Cons

Não há disponível para compra uma versão lifetime, as opções de compra envolvem somente assinatura mensal. Os preços da licença por serem em dólar resulta em um custo alto para o público brasileiro. A versão mac não possui todas as opções de personalização da configuração disponíveis na versão windows.

Pros

its an important tool for IT industry users as it allows to safely connect different from different locations. i have been using it for more than a year now and its very helpful. it helps me to serve my team better from anywhere in the world as i work a lot with international clients its a must tool for me.

Cons

it doesnt have cons according to me but if anydesk can team can tackle the problem of lags in between a session sometimes then it will be a must for all IT industry users.

Very positive! It is an essential tool for accessing remote devices. It solves many of the issues you can face when using remote access software that is native to your operating system.

Pros

AnyDesk is easily accessible for download from their official website. It's quick to install on your desktop machine and takes no time at all to get up and running. Connecting to another device with AnyDesk installed is seamless. Mobile device versions of this software are available. Enabling you access to remote devices when you are not at a desktop machine or working stationary. The basic version of AnyDesk is free to use. This version provides many essential features. The Performance and Enterprise versions offer more powerful network and security features, unattended access for more devices, recording capabilities and branding options. You will need to pay for the upgraded versions of the software.

Cons

The software does need further configuration to achieve a custom set-up. AnyDesk can require some advanced configuration, but this is solvable and you may need to check on the Internet for documented solutions. You may have to upgrade from the free version to the Performance version for the extra features.

Overall, Any Desk is light weight, easy to use screen sharing tool that makes things eay for clients as well as client managers. Its free version allows to connect one desktop at a time but premium versions have lots of features that helped me save time on resolving my client issues I will suggest startups to use it first instead of paid tools in market if you want to communicate faster and seamlessly.

Pros

I loved their one click screen sharing without have to open all day to reconnect. Also they have taken proper security measures so that one have their privacy in their control. I can even organize my recent desktop connections so that I can reconnect any of them easily without regenerating code every time. It works seamlessly even if my network bandwidth fluctuates in between any screen sharing session.

Cons

I would love to continue with any desk if they have improvised on accessing low resolution displays for HD display screen. And its is really near to impossible to handle android screens on laptop screen sharing.

My experience in general with this software was quite good, except for a few small cases, it worked correctly and I let myself use it without time limitations as happens with the competition. The ability to reproduce sounds is very important in order to perform sound-related test validations. The interface felt complex but if we leave it configured for the end user, he will only have to open the program and let the rest do it for us. I recommend it

Pros

It works quite well, it has the great option of being able to reproduce the sound of the machine to which we are connecting, an option that is not very seen in other similar software. It has a simple tool to connect since it does not require a password, only an ID and that the user on the other side accepts it, or not, depending on how the software is configured because it allows remote access without authorization with different variations. It is available in all operating systems.

Cons

Although the interface is complete, it is not that clear and tends to make the end user dizzy with so many options. It would be interesting if menus can be reduced or see a "lite" version so that the user does not get dizzy. We suffered some lag problems in the connection that we did not suffer with other software, but in brief occasions.

Reason for choosing AnyDesk

We selected the AnyDesk in front of VNC Viewer since the VNC allows you an unmonitored access and without giving notice to the end users and this brought them discomfort since they felt observed all the time

Se han detectado problemas de seguridades por lo se recomienda no dejarlo activo todo el tiempo, sino que cuando ya no sea necesario inactivarlo.

I work 95% remote so anydesk has added great value to my Windows users.

Pros

Anydesk is a powerhouse of features. They really know about remote support, because this app is built with everything one need to support remote clients/servers. I really enjoy the simplicity and efficacy of it. Not like others that shows terrible perfomance.

Cons

Nothing I can say here. Only thing that bothers me is that the linux version time to time one has to restart the whole system because anydesk never connects to its server and all clients appears offline.

My overall experience with AnyDesk has been positive, it has been of great help to have at hand especially when our New Hire agents need help on the desktops, it is easy to use and all we need is the other person's ID to access their device to provide the support needed. The benefit that I have realized about having the tool is that we can help our remote employees even if they're across the world.

Pros

The most impactful feature of the tool is that the sessions can be recorded and stored within it, this way our IT department can go back to what it was the agents needed when it comes to creating their daily task reports. The tool is very easy to use. Integrating AnyDesk to our current work mode was easy, we have been remotely working since 2020 and we have personnel from all around the world.

Cons

To this day there have not been any aspects of AnyDesk that we do not like, we totally recommend it and if you also work remotely this will make it easier for your IT department to give the support needed to your operational team.

There were no other products, the tool was recommended by a colleague.

Travelling to other remote sites was now costly. And any desk helped cutting a lot of logistical costs

Pros

The latest version of any desk has a lot of good functions. There is now two factor authentication where now you can add another security layer to your sessions. This is enhanced security. There is also now Integration with windows gpo where you can use them to push any desk settings. The most important thing is you can work and access files from anywhere sharing files on a secured tunnel. You can also even block file transfer.

Cons

There are not any dislikes that I can mention. The product proved to be working so well.

AnyDesk allows me to access different devices remotely. We also use it to guide team members who might experience some challenges relating to various project. It is quite responsive and reliable if you have a stable internet connection.

Pros

AnyDesk is quite responsive especially when both devices have a relatively stable internet connection. It is has an intuitive design, which is easy to navigate, and use without significant challenges. It has the important features I need to guide my team members and ensure we are on the same page. You can use AnyDesk with Windows, Android, and MacOS. This is great because we can access any device!

Cons

The software is "flat" in that you cannot customize it or make it look better in some ways . You cannot create shortcut keys, change background, or change the layout. I also dislike the fact that you cannot record what is happening on the screen and replay it afterwards if you cannot remember a certain procedure. It might disappoint you if the users have shaky internet connections.

This software has surprised me because of the great capacity it has to work and the variety of tools it offers me, be it remote support, file and information sharing, among others. I also use it with my clients and co-workers to troubleshoot certain system errors they encounter on their devices from the comfort of their own homes.

Pros

I like using AnyDesk as it is an excellent tool for remote use of devices. AnyDesk allows me to do remote work from the comfort of my home without having any inconvenience when working remotely, it also offers me remote support and file sharing.

Cons

The only thing I don't like about this software is that you need a stable internet connection to use it.
