Once you have them there with access to your desktop, I do not think there is anything at all they cannot safely do! All my experiences are the same; I am on a sales platform, e-commerce, and something goes wrong that I cannot fix myself and really, really need help. The techs found where there were problems preventing me from uploading, entering product info, and accessing my files and user information. They always got in, fixed it like it was buttering bread! And they are as friendly as friendly can be! I think I may have integrated something with them other than these things but do not recall. If I did or needed to, great!

Pros

I have used it whenever needed and it is always related to a glitch in some selling platform. What I like most is you chat on the platform site, they ask if you want to have remote help, agree, download, they are then in your desktop...which at first is frightening to me...and you both chat when needed about the problem and you see them right there (the cursor, etc) fixing it. I was once on the phone also while they did this and the guy was fantastic. Saved the day!

Cons

I always think they are there inside, my pc, hiding, once they get in. Oh, this is supposed to be about AnyDesk, not me! Ha! So, I have nothing I do not like about the software at all!

Anydesk allows me to give assistance or simply doing maintenance task to remote computer comfortably from my office desk, so I save time and money. Anydesk runs smoothly and never hangs, little hardware requirements. Just be sure to have a stable and fast enough data line.

Pros

I use Anydesk for work every day, and it helps me to remote connect and diagnose/troubleshoot/fix a lot of software problems. The program is small and quick to launch. Every AnyDesk user has a numbered ID. When you want to connect to someone just write the peer ID and wait for connection to be established (your peer has to authorize the connection). Next you will see remote screen and you will be able to interact using your mouse and keyboard. You can also transfer files. Free sessions last for 60 minutes. I highly recommend Anydesk. It's a light program, easy to use for everyone. Thumbs up!

Cons

The remote address field is quite hidden

Un software necessario per per semplificare i processi di assistenza remota ai dipendenti. Grazie ad AnyDesk sono stati ridotti drasticamente i tempi di inattività causati da problemi tecnici sulle macchine degli utenti anche in smart working

Il software è molto leggero; l'utilizzo è immediato e il funzionamento molto semplice. L'ho utilizzato soprattutto per l'assistenza remota agli utenti, tagliando i tempi di attesa e risoluzione dei problemi tecnici e per collegarmi a macchine remote da cui avevo l'accesso a software gestionali di terze parti

Cons

Non ho avuto esperienze negative. Il software si è rivelato stabile soprattutto rispetto a quello che utilizzato in precedenza. Non ho riscontrato problemi di connessione o sicurezza

Stellar and reliable performer for remote access specially during work from home scenario. My IT team could help me easily though I was more than 1000 miles away from my office. The user interface is intuitive. Works really well on mobile devices. With AnyDesk my office is just a click away.

Ease of use, AnyDesk is fairly is easy to set up even for a first time user. The User Interface is simple and it is easy to navigate through the menu options. Stable and Reliable, this is very important while you are working from home, miles away from your office. AnyDesk is a stellar performer in this regard. Virtual Conferencing is one of the best feature available with AnyDesk which helps to share and discuss my ideas with team members remotely. Ability to control your remote Personal Computer through mobile device- This nifty feature is helps us to access remote computers through the AnyDesk mobile application. Users can use the app to perform task like file transfer, shut down or restart a PC. Whitelist- is a feature which authorizes only selected users to access your remote PC. This is a great security feature prevents unauthorized access to sensitive data. Keyboard shortcuts are easy to use and assign. Works fairly well on low bandwidth internet connections

Cons

Having used AnyDesk for almost two years I haven't come across a con that can be deal breaker.

because of Corona Virus we switched to remote work rapidly, to support my colleagues, i installed anydesk on every laptop. Since then - when a file is "missing" or software needs to be installed, or "the camera doesn't work", i can remote control the laptop in seconds to help them.

Pros

\-all my clients are on one uncluttered screen showing me their online status and even their Screen-there is practically no konfiguration nessesaryit does exactly what i want it to dothere are more features (filetransfer, recording, ..) which i can deny or lock /disable when i don't neet themworks on many Operatingsystems (Android, Windows, Mac)its has the most value for my money

Cons

i don't miss anything, but a dark design would be nice :-)

I am pleased to be able to work in multiple sessions and have access to my employees' devices without the need for them to be present. It also offers chat, video conferencing and file sharing, which greatly improves our productivity. It allows us to reboot devices and print documents remotely.

Pros

I like its intuitive interface that makes it easy to use. It allows me to keep effective control over employees working from home. It allows to exchange documents and information helping to work always coordinated.

Cons

There is nothing I dislike about Anydesk.

AnyDesk ist benutzerfreundlich, gut aufgebaut, Effizient und einstellbar. Des weiteren kann man AnyDesk auch 45 Minuten benutzen ohne zu bezahlen und dann eine weitere Sitzung für wieder 45 Minuten machen. Das ist vollkommen in Ordnung.

Cons

Ich hab ja beantragt, weil ich so oft Verbindungen hatte, das ich das benutzen kann, weil ich eine Warnung hatte, weil ich so viele Verbindungen hatte und AnyDesk dachte, ich würde es Gewerblich benutzen. Da würde ich mir wünschen das man danach auch über die 45 Minuten kommen kann.

Experience with the any desk is great and i used it occasionally which helps very much in case of remote support. moreover the click to run option help very much to get the sessions on remote side as the user do not have administrator privileges and it can run without any rights so the any desk can be used on run time. access should be restricted by default.

Pros

The best feature of any desk so far is that you can just download and run it and then start using it. No need to install or admin rights for this which make the life easier and also the convenience. It helps in the case of lock down and as well as for the remote users. Unattended session also a useful feature which i like most because it could be substitute of VPN in case of emergency but of course it is not recommended as some thing should be done only at need basis. communication is a key part during remote sessions, Any desk has chat and call options which help in communication.

Cons

Files transfer are slow so you have to go for another options of cloud like one drive, google drive etc. When you get the remote from any desk, by default you get the full access so you have to go for restrictions. one more feature can be added, the highlighter so when the support person do not want the control but just to highlight the option.

Anydesk helped us share screens and take control of our computers seamlessly at a reasonable price (Teamviewer is way more expensive).

Pros

I like how simple it is to connect to another computer without losing quality and be able to take control and interact with the client smoothly and seamlessly. I appreciate being able to use a windows computer to use screen sharing with a Mac. Multiplatform works just great. We are always concerned about safety when sharing computers on the internet, and Anydesk offers two-factor authentication and encryption (however, AES 128 as opposed to the most secure AES 256 that Teamviewer is using...)

Cons

In comparison, Teamviewer has more functionalities such as drag&drop when sharing file is very useful, so is the feature allowing passing control back and forth between the client and the host. Integration is more limited that with Teamviewer. I wish Anydesk had more training and support content online (Teamviewer has loads of them).

Absolutely very positive. It's a software that I continue to use and install continuously on all my PCs and work and non-work devices!

Pros

I have been using anydesk for at least 5 years and every day I am convinced more and more that this software is very important for my work but also personal uses. I have a job that requires a PC and sometimes I find myself working remotely, away from other colleagues in the office. Several times there are problems on site and, since I can't be there, I use anydesk to check their computers and solve the problem. I also love that it's very intuitive, quick to connect and simple to use. I've never encountered any bugs or slow mouse movement, exactly as if I were using the desktop of the real PC!

Cons

There are no particular features that I don't like. The only thing i would improve is the generation of the link code

Ottimo prodotto anche per chi svolge il collegamento per lavoro. Buona risoluzione delle immagini, reattività e comprensione degli strumenti.

Pros

Come dipendente che lavora in un'azienda che fornisce assistenza da remoto AnyDesk risulta una valida alternativa. E' scaricabile facilmente dal sito e basta il suo eseguibile per aprirlo, la ricerca di una "Scrivania" aiuta perchè è chi si deve collegare a effettuare la richiesta e dall'altro lato l'utente deve solo autorizzare cliccando un pulsante. Usiamo anche altri sistemi di assistenza remota però questo lo reputo il più veloce da usare.

Cons

Purtroppo la velocità dipende molto dai pc a cui ci si collega. Penso che l'accesso alle funzionalità di amministrazione, almeno quelle fondamentali, bisognano essere di default ma capisco che l'autorizzazione è un sistema più sicuro. I pulsanti nella barra strumenti sono troppo piccoli e ammassati direi che è necessario ingrandirli e almeno aumentare le distanze tra i pulsanti.

La forma más fácil e intuitiva de manejarlo con nuestros clientes. El ancho de banda mínimo que se utiliza hace que podamos establecer comunicación remota con nuestros clientes con una velocidad aun muy baja pero efectiva para el uso de la aplicación.

Cons

Se debería mejorar talvez la apariencia de escritorio, para poder impactar más aun con colores fuertes y tonos Corporativos de acuerdo al rubro del cliente.

the simplicity, easy of download, size of the download file, easy installation, network optimized for fast access, good quality and very useful features such as sound transfer and copy paste option is working awesome. its very easy to tell a new user to go to google and download anydesk. and because of the size of the application, its fast and easy to install to any device. even to a mobile.

Cons

i didn't find any bad in this application. as an IT person this tool fulfill all of our IT needs. simple and fast

My overall experience with AnyDesk is great, helpful, very very useful and fantastic.

Pros

I like all it's feature, specially its "remote access and control" of computers making it very essential when working on project with remote team, also its file sharing and unattended access, which becomes very helpful when conducting remote interviews for hunting new talents of software developers.

Cons

The only thing I don't like about this software is it requires an active network connection or it(remote access) gets disrupted.

I am really exited about told to AnyDesk it's available for free and paid version second main this you node need to install. These are the main reasons for using AnyDesk and compare to other Screen monitoring tool t's really very well and you can able to connect multiple device at same time this is main big advantage of the AnyDesk.

Pros

AnyDesk is very easy to using no need to install the application in windows. Without my ID nobody's access my system. I can't to save my previous accesses system. One of the main feature is I can able to connect mobile to and Desktop and Desktop to Mobile. AnyDesk is available for both desktop and mobile.

Cons

Some times I can't able to access some permissions. Other wise AnyDesk is very comfortable for use.

Pros

Anydesk è un programma molto semplice da usare sia lato utente che lato amministratore. Ottima la possibilità di lanciarlo senza bisogno di installarlo e semplice il download da parte dei clienti direttamente dal sito. Procedendo invece con l'installazione si può utilizzare l'accesso non presidiato che funziona molto bene. La versione gratuita permette di valutare tutte le funzionalità per un tempo adeguato. Il prezzo per l'acquisto della licenza è davvero concorrenziale rispetto alla concorrenza.

Cons

Bisognerebbe evitare che l'utente possa controllare il pc contemporaneamente all'utente remoto per evitare confusione e semplificare la modalità in cui si accetta la richiesta di connessione che è il punto più difficile da far comprendere. La funzionalità WOL spesso non funziona e bisogna ricorrere a software di terze parti per inviare il magic packet e "Svegliare" il pc.

We use AnyDesk in our remote work deployment, according to our work update protocol we should increase our staff working remotely by 10% this year.AnyDesk allows us to remotely access the devices that make up our network, even when the employee is not present at their workstation.In our company, it has been very useful and efficient, providing us with speed, security and collaboration between the company's staff and those who work remotely.

Pros

AnyDesk is light and fast, allowing us to connect to remote devices with as little as 16 milliseconds of latency.End-to-end encryption and two-factor authentication allow us to maintain secure connections and keep our information safe from prying eyes.It is available for multiple platforms (I have installed it on Windows, iOS, and Android) and works efficiently.

Cons

We have not found any negative points regarding this software, it works as expected and allows fast connections.

Anydesk allows me to monitor and fix any issue on other devices without the need to move from my office, I can transfer files directly from one PC no another and I don’t need to upload them to a platform and then download them, allowing me to speed up my work, with Anydesk I can access with my laptop or just connect with my iPhone, On the other hand, if I need a document of great importance, it is enough that I have my ID number of my computer to be able to access it and transfer files or document.

Pros

I like this remote desktop software since I can access a computer from a mobile or another computer only with the ID that Anydesk provides to the device in a unique way to the computer that we want to access, no matter where you are, with Anydesk you can connect and manage the other device as if you were behind. The time it takes to set up the software and learn how to use it is minimal. Within 10 minutes, you can install and start using it. and it supports numerous devices and platforms, which is a significant plus.

Cons

What I don't like about Anydesk is that it doesn't have audio call communication with the other device, this would be a useful tool.
