I have never seen a remort desk software with a lot of features like this. and also can work with any kind of network status. any desk optimizes to identify network quality and strength and also it can manage.

Pros

Mainly this software is lightweight, even setup file less than 5 MB.

Cons

when we give access to another person and if we use a separate screen as 1,2 any desk needs to give permissions separately. I think that's need to improve. and also it's good to work with internal networks or hotspots. It saves our data.

I have been using AnyDesk for almost 3 years, and I love to use these because some of my team members are not so techy people, and they need to work on computers, But some functions they do not understand and I need to help them and fix their issues, and this is the place where AnyDesk Come to work it allows me to help them, and they need to just give code that shows in anydesk, and no password or anything for connecting that screen. I can easily find the problem or If I need any file or software for the help, I can easily transfer that with using anydesk file sharing option.

Cons

No cons from my side, Overall anydesk is a rockstar.

I always use Anydesk for two years and I have encountered no problems and challenges so far.

Pros

Anydesk app is free to install. It is greatly helpful for those working from home and need to access or upload and download files to the main server in the office. This is also great for troubleshooting of PC without the need to meet physically. A must app for company!

Cons

There are times that I got disconnected with the PC I am accessing to but it happens very rarely.

Pros

This application has two modalities of its functions, for companies it has its rate, for personal use it is free. It is an easy-to-use tool, and it is also a very light application that will not consume a lot of memory on your computer. Apart from accessing the computer and copying the files you need, you can print it remotely or you can even transfer data.

Pros

I like AnyDesk because it is a software that helps me with remote work, you can install it on your computer to be able to control another one from my same computer. This application is very helpful when you have to spend your day outside your office or home and you need information that you have on your computer, you can access it from your cell phone and extract what you need in a matter of seconds.

Cons

For Macs and PCs it works very well, the only thing I don't like is when you try to control a smartphone from another smartphone or from the desktop version to a mobile device, it's almost impossible, you can't select anything and it only limits itself to monitoring what's there on the screen and cannot be interacted with.

We have always used AnyDesk for several years but during the pandemic, the software was a saviour. We developed many smart contracts for our crypto clients and many of them preferred the deployment to be done directly using the wallet, with AnyDesk this process was perfect. We just get our clients to download the software and share their IDs, the process takes just seconds. We also designed many recruitment websites in which we had to access client's desktop for setting up things like LinkedIn API, Facebook APIs, Stripe and many more, with AnyDesk we were able to achieve this remotely and even avoiding zoom calls and unnecessary meetings. Its worth mentioning that we had few clients that were not comfortable giving remote access to their desktop for privacy reason, when we told them that they can control the level access at any time, they became comfortable.

Pros

Set up is quick and easy to use, the user interface is precise and requires no IT knowledge.

Cons

Maybe a little bit lagging sometimes particularly on Mac devices but we found out that these were happening with older systems, apart from that, we have no real issues using Anydesk.

I love using AnyDesk, it works really good, it is fast, user friendly and reliable and I can always deliver super support to my customers with the use of this software.

Pros

I like this Software because it is free and easy to use, also a lot of times it came really handy because it was easy to explain Customers how to install it and setup remote access to their PC. It is really fast and is very nice to have, especially when PC checkup is required during the night, for which we can setup password protected access so we can connect without the help from the Customer and without interrupting them and their work.

Cons

Recording option sometimes creates videos which are of bad quality, even though internet connection was stable and ping was good. Also, in case of longer recordings, they tend to break at some point, take a lot of hdd space and I am unable to scroll it. Finally, it would be nice to have option to save to some desired format too.

TeamViewer gives error back when there is a version mismatch, for instance if I am using v14 and Customer is using v12, I am unable to connect to Customer's PC and check what is happening with it, until their internal IT comes and upgrades the version of TeamViewer first and in our job, time is of essence many times.

My overall experience with AnyDesk so far has been amazing especially because I work with a large number of clients who need technical support. I don't have to be there physically to do this as long as I have the user id I can access their computer using my phone or laptop. With this, the company has been able to cut costs spent on site visits to clients places.

Pros

AnyDesk allows me to offer technical support to my clients remotely. I like how the end users can share files remotely while sharing the screen and performing any task. Minimal lags and can connect to multiple computers at the same time.

Cons

Your security can easily be compromised as someone who has permission to access your computer remotely can spy on you. Tends to slack off with slow internet connection.

it's a decent product and it's not expensive

Cons

User control/permission on Anydesk leaves a lot to be desired. They still need to improve this. We typically lose control of the workstations when it prompts for the admin credential.

With AnyDesk I can collaborate with work colleagues, in a stable and organized way, it allows us to do a recording session, in this way a video can be shared with other employees, this helps to save time, it is a very safe software since it has a password and Two-factor authentication, it is possible to use it on almost all platforms, the iOS version is easy to use and practical to monitor other devices remotely.

Pros

I have used remote connection software since many years ago, and over time, some improve and others get worse, AnyDesk has been one of the ones that have improved the most over time. Its interface and tools are the things that stand out the most from the competition. What I like the most is the organized way its Dashboard is, since it shows the devices to which we have remote access, we can add the name we want to have a better order, I like that its connection is stable and fluid, it has Two-factor authentication, that's extra security that many of their competitors don't have.

Cons

One detail that I don’t like is when the full screen is used to control other devices, the brightness of the screen gets brighter; even when we have the brightness to the minimum on our PC, it is somewhat annoying when you are in a place with low light.

It's been great, so far I haven't noticed any king of critical problem that interferes with my work.

Pros

The easy learning line and the way the tool design makes it intuitive. Making it easy to use even for people who do not have prior technical knowledge.

Cons

Some features would be very interesting, such as: direct access to the machine's CLI and search for installation package directly from the tool, thus excluding the search time when preparing certain types of environments. Maybe even ready-to-toinstall toolkits and packages, as there are environments where certain tools tend to repeat themselves.

I am working in the office and when I go home I am always in touch with my clients. If they need something urgent, I have to access my working PC and solve the issue or do the task. AnyDesk helps me with this. I can connect and manage my PC like I can am sitting behind it.

Pros

AnyDesk works very fast and smoothly. You can always rely on it. Similar software can turn off without any reason. But AnyDesk is always on and ready to work as needed. I like this software and use it every day.

Cons

I didn't face any problems while using this software and didn't feel that something is missing so far.

Overall, it is a great tool and software solution if you need to control your devices from a remote place. It connects fast, works properly regardless of the quality of internet connection and provides a stable link to your device.

Pros

The AnyDesk software solution for the remote desktop control is one of the best. It offers multiple options and tools integrated into a nice, very easy to use interface. Very easy to adapt to it and use it on any device.

Cons

The file transfer is not the greatest, regarding the speed of file transaction from the host to the "slave" device. It goes fine the other way around but for some reason I have been experiencing difficulties.

Utilizo ele de vez algumas vezes por semana, só não chega a ser diário por que o programa ainda tem algumas "falhas" que o concorrente não tem, claro que se fossem corrigidas eu iria voltar a usar constantemente como antigamente.

Pros

Por mais que seja um programa com um visual bem básico, ele cumpre bem o que é oferecido ao usuárioé bem simples, até pessoas que não conhece muito conseguem utilizar ele sem problemas, além de ter uma instalação muito simples e fácil.

Cons

por mais que seja um programa com boas funções, ele peca muito em seu layout, ele não é la o mais bonitoacho meio confuso mexer nele, poderia ter um visual mais rico, igual seu concorrente Team viewerno demais, eu não muito o que reclamar.

Anydesk is a very handy software and helps user work from anywhere with its robust features. whether its in or outside your office or at home, Anydesk grants you access to folders or files on remotes desktops. It makes file sharing and transfers very easy and fast across devices without any limitations. It is very easy to use and only requires a a system ID and password for a user to access multiple systems at a go without any trouble. It is supported on multiple operating systems and also allows access to your computer from your mobile phone. Additionally, features like remote printing, virtual conferencing and whitelist makes Anydesk an amazing software for mid-range remote solutions.

Cons

Nothing I dislike so far, looking forward to future improvements to the app.

Bisher hat es uns wirklich sehr geholfen.

Pros

Es ist sehr einfach. Man muss nur seine "Adressnummer" weiter geben. Das macht es für uns Admins sehr einfach. Vor allem bei kleineren Problemen muss man nicht immer zu de/m jeweilige/n Kollegen/in hin laufen, sondern kann sich ganz einfach drauf schalten. Hilft vor allem wenn der oder die Kollege/in im Home Office sitzt.

Cons

Ein bisschen nervig ist es, wenn der oder die Gegenüber auf der anderen Seite mehrere Monitore hat. Kann ein wenig unübersichtlich sein, zwischen den Monitoren zu wechseln, vor allem wenn sich irgendwo neue Fenster öffnen.
