### "Looking for a new way of managing your TV Box?"

Easy to set up, almost immediate to learn (although some advanced and useful functions, e.g. file transfer across machines, may take a while to be come familiar with), value-for-money (there are lots of free functions you can try before you invest on the premium version). Well-done!

Pros

AnyDesk is mostly used for remote user assistance and service ticket management. Still, I find it very effective with dealing with my Android TV box. Like most TV boxes, it has got no keyboard and navigating through menus may be cumbersome. By installing AnyDesk (which has a free, cross-platform version with lots of features) on both the TV box and my Windows 10 PC, I can use the latter (with its keyboard and touchpad) to install and customise apps on the former. If you use your TV box with complex media management pieces of software like Kodi or Plex, you know how much time and care they require to fully configure all functions and parameters. Bridging your PC to your TV box with AnyDesk really makes it a breeze. Once you have become familiar with AnyDesk, there are many more functions that you may enjoy. You can e.g. use it to provide assistance on someone else's PC without leaving home (something I found very valuable in times of lockdown) and even to record short sessions where you teach users how to solve frequent issues on their machines.

Cons

Emulating Android special keys on a PC keyboard may be complex and hard to remember. Installing on Android machines requires an additional component that is hardware-dependent: although this is pretty straight-away on most machine, it may prove complex on less wide-spread models. Finally, of course, some advanced functions are premium only, but this is only fair. Overall, I can't see any major flaws in AnyDesk, although I must say that I am not using it for professional use. If you plan to use it to manage a custom help centre with tens of supported users, you may want to check another review before you buy the premium version.

I have used the app to solve both personal and business problems. I remember a time when my workmates were stuck with food and data entry on our kitchen computer, I could log in from another country and do things as if I was there. This helped a big deal.

Pros

AnyDesk is one of the smartest applications that saves time and unforeseen costs of travelling long distances just to attend to issues on a computer, or other remote gadgets. One good thing I like about AnyDesk is that it is worldwide, being used by hundreds of millions of people across the globe. It is also supported almost an all the operating systems like windows, Android, Mac, Linux, Chrome, making it a universal software. Another fact I like about AnyDesk is the ease of screen sharing. There is no hustle about it, as long as there is user on the other end to accept the connection. AnyDesk also presents a very good screen scaling that the image displayed on the remote gadget is clear with no distortions. It feels as if you're sitting in front of the other PC. In my use of AnyDesk, I have not experienced any lagging or unnecessary bugs on it. It is generally smooth, with steady mouse movements. The app also has a free version and a paid version. The paid version is also relatively cheaper when compared to its competitors. Security of the application was also well considered. Firstly, the connection has to be manually iniciated from one end and accepted on the other end. A password has to be provided and used for the connection to start. Each session has its own password.

Cons

No option to chat with the person on the other side, either through text or calls. So you rely on other communication apps to talk to each other. It would be good to add a feature where communication would be made directly via the AnyDesk.

Any bussines has various devices that is used in the organization and if the organization has more than 200 workers the device count and specialy access to them climbs to the skyhigh. Here is where AnyDesk comes to a help to IT admins saving some time and resources.

Pros

The toolkit is complete and allow admin perform almost any action needed. While the software base functions are free this is perfect tool for those who is looking cheap tools.

Cons

Simetimes the connection drops and reconnecting can take some time. While it has huge toolkit some of the more specific functions are not available.

All software reliable for this purpose seems to live in unreality, they are too expensive. But you need them, as going to your customer is expensive and often inconvenient. Anydesk has a fast learning curve, our users and customers found it easy to use. It also lacks to be able to buy in local currency, without variations of the dollar. Apart from the cost, it works very well for us.

Pros

Less expensive than more equivalent competitors, easier to buy, stable, easy to use. Quite used by several providers.

Cons

Expensive, very expensive! An option to buy in local currency is missing. There could be a cheaper option with only remote access. Micro companies use only written chat + file exchange + remote access, the rest is perfumery or resources for large companies, which are more expensive.

In tests, AnyDesk responded better, being more stable. You do not want your remote access to fail when the customer is angry waiting for support. We also tested others even free or cheaper, but they did not meet our expectations.

Pros

Anydesk is the best, reasons are: It allows you to access multiple desktops in tabbed view under one single window. The unattended access feature is great, I can access my home computer while I am out of city, you don't need anyone to accept the access.

Cons

They should improve the settings and control center for MacBooks, it creates a lot of problems finding settings like windows after accepting someone's incoming request.

AnyDesk provided perfect balance between easy to use software and the quality of service. It provides everything that you need and does it in an easy way.

Pros

AnyDesk is a perfect tool for the remote desktop control. You can easily adapt to it and use it on any of your devices, mobile or desktop. It provides great control over any connected machine and there is not lag in data transfer.

Cons

A down side would be the file transfer, but not all of the time. Sometimes it works perfectly but sometimes, especially on certain types of files, it loops or bugs out. This may be a bit frustrating from time to time.

In short, it's an excellent tool, the free version is excellent, but the paid version is much better. Apart from the limitations I had at the level of access on some machines, I recommend using it.

Pros

When I started using it, what I liked the most was the simplicity of the software, very intuitive. Very practical in terms of not having to install to support. However, the paid version makes the software even more powerful with the ability to control multiple sessions at the same time in a simple way.

Cons

I noticed a failure in remote access on Mac devices, I couldn't get control over the machine. I also had a problem with one of the machines that I couldn't access.

This is one of the best programs that supports the best dial-up services, is great for connecting other desktops or computers, and is also quite easy to use. This application allows remote access to another device in a relatively simple way; Simple to install and works on all major platforms. It is therefore ideal for IT and support teams, and it has all the essential features that many competitors lack. Even if you are new to the application, it is quite easy to use. You won't need to use Google or YouTube to learn how. You have in front of you a reference ID that you must provide to others in order to connect.

Cons

Its downside is that it can't be used without an internet connection and can be intimidating for new users, so this can be one of the obnoxious aspects of AnyDesk software. If the software disconnects during use, it is necessary to verify the password after reconnecting. However, this is necessary for security reasons, but if the IP addresses are the same it is not necessary.

A aplicação sempre atendeu muito bem as expectativas e faz muito bem a sua principal função que é o acesso remoto e o compartilhamento de tela, ajudaria se pudéssemos gravar a tela durante o acesso remoto. No geral é um programa intuitivo e bastante fácil de utilizar.

A facilidade de download por ser um arquivo leve é um dos pontos bastante relevantes sobre o programa, além disso, o acesso ao computador pelo suporte fica bastante tranquilo, porque usamos apenas um código para dar essa permissão. O chat de mensagens instantâneas ajuda a ganhar tempo durante o suporte, sem precisar ficar ao telefone durante o período de suporte.

Cons

Poderia receber mensagens de áudio no chat, porque as vezes explicar o problema ou a solução por caracteres fica bem difícil.Uma melhoria que também poderia ser feita é a de permissão de acesso somente para um arquivo específico, sem ser a pasta como um todo.

We use it basically everyday. The easiest and quickest way to access my personal pc from work.

Pros

By far, Anydesk's connection speed and the vpn server is quicker than any other remote access app that I've used in the past. The mobile to desktop access is surprisingly well designed and there's pretty much no feature that i cam think of that's missing from the mobile app. Great design and UI.

Cons

Not much to complain about. If i have to nit pick, I'll say the desktop app needs a bit of a design refresh. But all in all,great app!

anydesk evita tener que estar delante de cualquier dispositivo que se desee operar. Ideal para trabajos remotos y salidas de apuros.

Pros

La facilidad de conectarse a otro equipo que ejecuta un cliente/servidor prácticamente "portable" , sin necesidad de instalar nada, con un número único provisto por el software. la existencia de la version para otros dispositivos (como Android), asi que se puede hacer asistencia remota desde un celular o tablet. y viceversa.

Cons

no me gusta el chat ... es poco practico. Le agregaría una funcionalidad de chat de voz o llamada, lo cual seria muy util para hablar con la persona asistida.

The great advantage of having Anydesk is that no matter where I may be, I have the facility to connect and attend a computer. Anydesk has saved me from many troubles, because many times I am not in the office, and I need a file from the computer. this software gives me the opportunity to get it quickly and easily. Also, this software is very well suited to my work as much of my work is now remote.

Pros

I like Anydesk because it is a software that I can control a remote PC, and be able to access documents or other files, also its free version has many useful tools, it allows me to examine any remote computer, I can also control and install this service to monitor and control any other computer of different operating systems. I also like that it doesn't take up much memory space.

Cons

Although it offers more tools in its free version compared to other remote desktop access software, there are some details that should be added such as audio calls.
