The thing I like the most about Vivify is how quick it is to create new items on a board, without having to add all the details upfront. Cons Lack of integrations is a slight negative. Cons I don't love how the date you have posted something shows as "a month ago" etc. A specific date would be better. This is the main feature I was searching for Cons The search field is overall unusable and does not work as expected. Pros The cost is reasonable at compared to other systems and the software aligns well with the Scrum Framework so you can just start using it. Cons Some refined features are missing like sorting on backlog item list in dashboard view (this would be nice). Also some clicks, text edits, and mouse drags don't register sometimes when you expect it ... seems to be just S/W polishing required. Review Source SE Steve E. Having the UI update in real time is really helpful. Also, integrating with Gitlab has been great, we can now link our commits to real issues. It would be nice to see some improvements to the UI in future, but things are going in the right direction. We have even called in our print shop on board, so it is much easier to communicate this way. Pros I like flexibility. It can be adapted to various kinds of business. Planning Poker Cons Not all Scrum items are implemented. Like hours to go is a bit vague. Still a few bugs in the software, like in the planning poker. User picture can't be magnified. It is lacking in full integration with GitLab, but hopefully, they can build out more webhooks or API connections shortly. We have always been greeted with responsive support, and even had a recommended functionality fix taken care of in a short period of time which was great! If there was time tracking built in that would be awesome. Overall, it's a good tool for some use cases, but I hope they keep developing it. Pros Simple to use and not expensive. It is easy to use, clean, and has all the necessary features. There are a few bells and whistles that you might get somewhere else, but they come with enough annoyances that we all prefer this one.
