I am now more organized than ever.

Pros

Project simplification, followup and ease of execution. From day one, it helps you itemized your work, follow it up, monitor progress and measure performance.

Cons

Interface looks archaic. I wanted something that looks more dynamic and aesthetic like "slack" interface. Borrow a leaf from the way google designs their products

Pros

I am leaning on using it for it's ease of training team in the Scrum Methodology. I believe that starting with a tool like DevOps upfront can delay the trust and confidence of the Scrum Team. The team needs to buy in and VivifyScrum allows the tool to not become an impediment.

Cons

No cons. The tool is simple to follow and administer.

Can be glitchy at sometimes when using planning poker. Wish it also included T-shirt sizes.

Pros

This software is very easy to use because you can mantain the responsibilities of each activity in a way that makes the job more organized. What I like most about it is how easy you can see who is doing each activity. Simple and fast.

Cons

I don't think this could be considered a problem, it's more like a possible improvement for the future. I would like to see historical changes of the activities in a graph or diagram, like a fluxogram, for example in a separate part of Vivify.

Pros

I like VivifyScrum because it is highly customizable to meet varying desires such as team collaboration and project management. VivifyScrum also has great customer support.

Cons

It takes a while to become a pro user and requires compilation of online tutorials and documentations.

Following are the points which I least like: No epics feature The UI is a bit clunky Have more theme selection I will like to see it on mobile platforms.

I have been using Vivify Scrum to teach Scrum to students (I am a professional scrum trainer). It is easy to start with, very visual and simple. With Vivify Scrum you can emulate the physical information radiators on the wall with an IT system that does not force you to enter a lot of information so the experience is still agile.

Not very flexible Not easy to integrate with other ALM tools (it is not a defect but the philosophy of the tool)

Pros

We have several new designer that don't have a background in project management. They can easily jump into this type of product and find it useful. It's very easy to get around and the graphics make quick views easy.

Cons

People who are more advanced and working on large-scale projects may not get the power they need from this.

We use VivifyScrum as everyday business running and development tasklist-tool. It fulfills our must-have needs but have little-bit little functionality in searching and filtering options. It will be nice if you can save multiple predefined search/filter options and share them with other board users. Also there is some UI glitches but nothing really big. Overall - compared to rivals - VivifyScrum is a bang for the buck.

Pros

Speed and responsiveness. I didn't have too much interaction as I am sort of silo'd in my position.

The amount of emails I get. I get too many as it is, I didn't need more.

Good design and simplicity are important to me and VivifyScrum manages to create a great UX. It's simple to understand (no need for long intro tutorials and stuff like that). It has definitely helped me work easier with my clients. Now they can see what I'm working on, comment tasks and ideas and actively participate in creating new tasks. A great tool that helps me do my job.
