We were able to get to know about SCRUM: understand the basics of the framework.

Pros

I really like the design of the web page, it's friendly with everyone. Also, the contents are structured in a coherent fashion: making it easier for users to learn more effectively.

Cons

It should have translation for more languages.

Pros

I like the kanban option for arranging tasks. It works better for my workflow.

Cons

I'm struggling to come up with downsides to this software. There are a ton of options \[not all useful to me\], but I like knowing their development team is thinking about multiple uses.

The Kanban option was a bug factor. I also like how multiple projects are organized and can be more quickly accessed.

Pros

Managing scrum boards should be a task, it should be simple and facilitate teams to focus on their revenue generating tasks. This is exactly what Vivify does. Mobile app is great!!

Cons

Some of icon on the cards are not as intuitive.

Pros

The ability to try out VivifyScrum for free was great, since we are just starting up our company, and we wanted to keep costs low. VivifyScrum also has an easy to navigate interface that is familiar to users of Atlassian tools.

Cons

I did miss the ability to create epics that are parent concepts for our user stories.

The fact that the application is quite smooth and light for a tool like that. It does what you want efficiently.

I think we need to add more feature. For example we can add the story point total for the sprint and when we reach this limit, the application notice us.

We use scrum on projects and vivify scrum really helps get an overall view of project status and track hours invested.

Pros

I liked the fact that is a really complete solution, with a great design and complete reports.

Cons

I found it a little bit difficult to nest subtasks
