Owner Renewables & Environment Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Great app for repetitive routes" April 22, 2026 5.0 I have been using route for me for my residential food waste composting service for 11 years now and I cannot imagine using a different app for my business. Pros I like how easy it is to create and edit routes, and to assign them to any particular driver. Also, if you mistakenly delete a route, the support team can retrieve it for you very quickly. This has happened to me a couple of times and it typically takes less than 5 minutes to recover a deleted route. Cons The only thing I don't really like about route for me is that when using an Android phone, if you add a new location to a route, you have to move the new location to the spot you want it to be without being able to see the stop number while dragging the new location. If you could see the route number while dragging the new location to where it's supposed to be, that would be helpful but it's not a huge setback. Review Source Ronnie B. I've seen tremendous changes since I started working with R4M. All changes have made the experience better one way or another. Pros I really like how Route4Me makes routing simple yet effective with its almost step-by-step process for completing a route, making it very user-friendly. I enjoy using the Routes Map feature, which allows me to click and drag stops from route to route, saving me a lot of time. This feature is particularly helpful for viewing split routes as a single one, making it easier to optimize them. I value how Route4Me helps optimize routes to their full potential, ensuring no drive time is wasted. It also effectively stores information, like pictures and notes per customer, which is useful for keeping records. The initial setup is simple and user-friendly. Cons The Route4Me In-App Navigation still needs improvement as it's not always accurate. My team has to use a 3rd party Map app because of this. Review Source AC Aaron C. Owner Consumer Services Used the software for: 2+ years ### "It just works for us" January 20, 2026 4.0 Moderne Rug Cleaning has been using Route4Me since 2014, when I stumbled across the app in the app store. It was a very cool find for us at the time, trying to simplify routing and route management. Over the years thing have only improved, this does come with the cost of doing business, and as a very small business the cost increases at times have been a little hard to swallow. That being said \[sensitive content hidden\] our customer rep, understands who we are and what we do and what are needs are and really tries to, at least in our case, look at what works best for the company and us the customer. I also do not feel like a am a number to them. For the most part I have a chat with \[sensitive content hidden\] once a year to check in an d discuss the upcoming year, but I know that if something should come up, \[sensitive content hidden\] is just an email away. In summary we will continue our partnership with Route4Me because it just work for us. Pros One of the biggest reasons we continue with Route4Me is that they have taken an easy to use platform for route creation and combine it with driver tracking and customer notifications and great customer service. Cons The only con for us using Route4Me is the cost. That being said, I am a very small business, we only utilize abut half of the capabilities offered on the platform, this is our choices of course. From the stand point of what the platform has to offer and if I was set up differently we would be able to utilize more of what is offered and the price would not be as hard for us. Also worth noting, that \[sensitive content hidden\] and all his colleagues do their very best to work with us to make it work for us. Delivery Admin Food & Beverages Used the software for: 2+ years ### "My Go to Routing App" January 19, 2026 4.0 Been using Route4me for 6 years going on 7. value for the money we spend on it it's definitely worth it. Using it is easy and there lots of tutorials if needed. Helps a lot with organizing my delivery's no need to think about how to do the routes the site just takes over and makes it the most efficient route. The Web support is outstanding I have never had any other web support be so fast with helping resolve an issue and making it so user friendly to figure out on how to fix it. I upload 100 some stops for 1 day give the site 6 drivers and 10hours per driver route4me takes that information and throws it out there on a map and gives me the best directions, and time it's a great site. Pros I love how easy it is to use this app, not to mention the onsite web support that gets to you very fast and helps answer any and all questions are even willing to call your drivers to walk them through any issues they may have on the mobile app. Cons the only downside I have for this is it being updated quite often. but i get it things need to get upgraded but then you have to re-learn where things are on the site but like any other software it needs to be done. The mobile app works great for drivers, and the real-time tracking feature gives excellent visibility over all deliveries. Cons Honestly, it's hard to point out significant downsides. There software is very versatile for multiple industries. Pros Route4Me allows for multiple parameters to be accounted for that I haven't found in other softwares including things like hours of service, weight, etc. Cons The cost has increased a lot over our subscription, and the value overall for us has decreased due to this. February 24, 2026 5.0 I have used Route4Me and have had only positive experiences. One important call-out I would make is that, I also provide support for telematics platforms that are not affiliated with R4M, but that allow integration via an API- The only instance that I have encountered where an issue was experienced with the integration of R4M it was discovered that the issue did not originate from R4M(it rested with the other party). Despite this, I partnered with Route4Me's support team to address the issue and was able to get the problem resolved rapidly for my customer. The Route4Me technical specialist was very helpful and effective in collaborating with me to uncover the quickest path to resolving the issue at hand. AWESOME work! Pros The software is intuitive and easy to use. The layout is clean and clear with a user interface that has everything that is relevant and important, but is not at all cluttered. It is very convenient that the platform can be utilized standalone via the web UI, but it is even more convenient that it has the flexibility to integrate with my existing telematics/fleet management platform. Cons Nothing to report- it does everything that was claimed prior to onboarding, it functions well, and does even more than expected in some aspects. I do not have to use paper routing anymore that waste a lot of time. Cons Sometimes we will have app crashes. It is usually not a big deal and only seems to happen during bad service areas. It’s easy to put my addresses in from my Google Maps, where they are already saved, and it is pretty self explanatory. Doesn’t use a lot of technical language that I don’t understand. The customer service representative was very helpful! Pros The app is easy to use. The interface is not complicated at all, once I learned how to use it. I like that I can upload a Excel file with a list of addresses into a route and the app optimizes the route for me, saving on drive time. I am able to accomplish more in a day from the time I save on driving. Customer Service was also very helpful in pointing me in the right direction on getting started. From initial scoping and sales through to day-to-day support and account management, they have helped us every step of the way. Pros Route optimisation is great, dashboarding is great, data capture is great, features on offer are endless - but well thought out rather than added as an afterthought. However, above all the support is second to none. I have never experienced the degree of responsiveness and aid that Route4Me provides to its customers, they are always available, and should anything critical go wrong, are able to remedy things almost immediately. I couldn't recommend them higher! Cons Most definitely a stretch, but if I had to choose, I would appreciate a larger database of traffic data for Australia as it pertains to ETAs - it might help to use existing databases rather than capture over time internally. Reason for choosing Route4Me The performance to price ratio is far above competitors, and the cadence rate of updates and improvements is similarly unmatched. Pros Creating route process is fairly easy from the address book.Moving locations from route to route in route maps is extremely helpful, however if the dates for the route are different this is not as easy, as the dates need to line up. When using the same routes daily, we need to ensure the dates are lined up. Uploading addresses is easy using spreadsheets Cons When using the program to create multiple driver routes for large areas, it tends to have multiple routes attend same locations, thus not being very efficient.Address book/routed addresses need to be updated in address book and each route location is routed in order to make any adjustments to the address/alias etc. Would be way more convenient to be able to update the address book and changes to reflect all routed stops for location.Search bar sometimes needs to be very specific to quickly access information Review Source JL Jared L.
