Pros

  • It is simple and user friendly. The cost is budget friendly for a small business.

  • We can have different types of activities and customize the capacity and price of each. Customer support is approachable and prompt.

Cons

  • Implementation of buttons is frustrating and time consuming, payment customization is absent, very limited application.

  • Difficult when running financial reports, because the software is not integrated with the companies POS.

"Agenda has helped us transfer website visits into tour bookings quickly and easily."

Overall: More streamlined service. Time saver for administrative duties.

Pros: It is simple and user friendly. The cost is budget friendly for a small business. It saves me alot of time.

Cons: The metrics they provide is minimal, which make accounting and book keeping a challenge. They are not set up to sell gift certificates. Some of the programming is not advanced/complex enough to make certain changes to bookings.

"Over priced, very limited flexibility"

Pros: Has basicly become a calender I can access from anywhere. Stores client info. Really not happy with it

Cons: Implementation of buttons is frustrating and time consuming, payment customization is absent, very limited application
