Pros

  • If you have a bespoke request they are more than happy to work with you to implement this. Would highly recommend this package to anyone in this line of business.

  • It makes managing the process from enquiry to invoice and payment very easy. It helps us provide great customer service which is really important.

  • Having previously used an older version of Commusoft to upgrade to the latest version was a godsend. Everything is easier to find, and the system itself is nice and clean and fresh.

  • Reporting is a great tool to easily see what jobs our outstanding in order to keep on top of invoicing etc.

Cons

  • No real issues can be a bit slow but more likely our internet speeds.

  • As a small business I unfortunately lost my engineer and was operating as a sole trader but Commusoft would not reduce the charge for one user and so had to pay for 2 users.

  • Card and account integration. Some of the certificates difficult to use.

  • Nothing about this software is disliked by myself or our users.

"Perfect Management System"

Overall: Commusoft is an excellent tool for my business and I couldn't be without it now. Customer support are brilliant.

Pros: Everything can be kept in one place, job specific information, reports, certificates & photos. This really helps the engineers on site when carrying out the work.

Cons: Some time keeping features. It only logs travel when travelling to the job, not returning.

"Seamless job management "

Pros: It is such an easy to use system, we can monitor ongoing works, check engineers notes, store images and invoice from one place.

Cons: It would be nice to be able to transfer tenant addresses when a landlord moves home.

"Plumbers diary management "

Pros: Commusoft is great for plumbers Diary management, service reminders

Cons: Sometimes commusoft is difficult to navigate small things like deleting items.

"Superb Tool"

Overall: The overall experience is superb , always on hand to help

Pros: commusoft is a vital part of the company

"very good software for our heating buisness "

Pros: It takes the stress out of managing invoices, diary maintaince, job scheduling and is really easy to use. it allows us to create customer profiles and have all the work carried out at hand easily to monitor over the years

Cons: sometimes it does not always link to our accountancy software- we have to manually rest it
