"Monitoring service"

**Overall:** It can be a helpful tool for Marketing since it is a great way to track, for example, your brand mentions or your service/goods mentions.

**Pros:** I use Mention as a monitoring service. It is easy to review email alerts, easy to use dashboards. It has a friendly interface and simple navigation.

**Cons:** Price is too high in my opinion. Third-party integration seems to be not so easy. Has limitations about some social networks.
