" June 20, 2017 5.0 Automating email outreach to customers, helping to nurture them down the funnel and increase revenue. We also see a marked increase in Long Term Value of our customers from continued engagement through post purchase campaigns. Having direct access to a team of designers and coders that can quickly implement emails is great as well. We're a small company that doesn't have huge resources, so this last point is pretty important. Pros It's easy to structure and know that it's working. Their tech gives me straight numbers on revenue, ROI and potential gains. I like being able to easily grab a snapshot of my running campaigns and A/B Test on the fly. On that note, the effect is felt on the bottom line, measurably. That's more than I can say for other digital marketing platforms that promise the moon and then deliver crumbs. Cons Doesn't currently handle my newsletter and other list management needs, but I'm sure they'll fix that stuff. They're always coming out with new features. Review Source JB Jeremy B. Workflow and communication is very efficient through basecamp, design, copy, and implementation happen very quickly. Pros No fluff. Just practical, useful features to increase your revenue. Also being the lone marketer here when we get started their ability to take care of all the implementation steps from design, copy, code, and technical support was incredibly helpful. They also provided great post-launch support in terms of ideas to improve the campaign, and same as in launch they fully executed all ideas, which led to increased performance from all the campaigns over time. Pros It is "set and forget" system or you can explore range of segmentation rules and split testing to boost revenues even further. We are using on some accounts fully managed service and seen some great growth with conversion rates going up double digits. Cons For very small sites (making low number of sales) it might be costly but if there's decent number of daily sales then it is 100% sure to result in more completed purchases - both by assisting some and by saving ones that wouldn't have come back otherwise. Customer support has offered expert strategic and technical insights to help us optimize our sales funnel. Over the last 6 months, revenue from our abandoned cart automation has grown. And now, after six months, we expanded our arrangement to include browse abandonment, a new welcome series, and a win-back campaign. We're looking forward to expanded growth with Rejoiner. The Rejoiner team is responsive to all requests and their support is strategic and creative as well as technical. Cons The reporting is a little too high level. Cons The only con I can mention is that I wish there was a search function for campaigns. March 13, 2018 5.0 We receive feedback from our customers and convert transactions that would have been previously abandoned. Pros The Rejoiner team implemented the system very quickly. They've helped build our content and been extremely responsive with our questions. Fine tuning was minimal, every concern we had was addressed immediately, and it's crazy to see how many people actually come back to finish the purchasing process after receiving an email. The Rejoiner program has also helped us to identify problems with our checkout that we had never noticed. Customers have emailed or called us after receiving Rejoiner emails and gave us feedback on why they were unable to finish the transaction. We were able to resolve the issue, save the sale, and prevent other customers from experiencing the same issue. The dashboard is also very easy to use and understand to track performance. Their abandoned basket solution has been a key factor in our growth over the past 2 years and I can happily recommend their product to anyone looking to recover more of their abandoned carts. Cons All in all, there is not really anything that i don't like about the product, particularly with the functionality that we are using. Perhaps the full suite of products they offer is a bit pricey. Rejoiner is great because they have full knowledge and experience on the industry and help you every step of the way. They are great with suggestions and listening to what your business is about then putting that plan into action. They are also great at giving status and campaign updates. They are easy to get a hold of and will continually update you as your email business grows and changes. The great thing about their service is they help you build the campaign from scratch to launch including creative services which not many agencies do. It is always a two-way interaction which also makes me feel good to be part of the strategy discussion and campaign management. The dashboard is user-friendly and I get monthly updates on the campaign performance directly from the team which helps me a lot in keeping track of my email efforts, especially when I'm overloaded with 13-14 different campaigns! However, we felt overwhelmed at how their email marketing solutions (cart abadon, browse abandon, product recomm.) were bundled into a year long contract. We liked that Rejoiner offers fixed pricing surrounding specific solutions on a short term basis. We also appreciate their expertise in sending emails based on the customer lifecycle. We've been using Rejoiner for cart abandonment for a couple months now and are really satisfied with the results. Mike and his team are very easy to work with and offer great customer support.
