We are a larger multi-site church and came into using this product fairly soon after they made it. The product enhancement requests that have been made have made it even better. When we have faced challenges with getting this to work best with our chms and website they have been super responsive and creative in coming up with fixes for our issues. Pros Customization, clean look, ease of reporting and above all the support. Cons Some fields can't be relabeled and it has created issues when people get creative entering their data. For example they will enter multiple first names as it won't match to our chms database. The multiple avenues and the simplicity to give, far exceeded any of our expectations. Each month we see our digital giving increase as a result of our Online Giving platform! I recommend Online Giving to any church who desires to implement digital giving to as a resource to their church congregation.
