La plateforme est propre et la présentation qui nous en a été faite au lancement a été très bien. Depuis plus d'un an nous administrons nos événements depuis cette plateforme et n'avons pas rencontré le moindre soucis. La plateforme est toujours disponible, pas de bug à déplorer.

Pros

Le point fort d'idloom, c'est sa profondeur fonctionnelle. J'utilise l'outil pour l'ensemble des événements de ma société depuis 1an. C'est certain que nous n'utilisons pas toutes les fonctionnalités disponibles. En naviguant dans les menus, cela donne une bonne idée de tous les types d'événements qu'on peut organiser.

Cons

La partie "Badge" (la version papier à imprimer) pourrait être plus user Friendly et pourrait permettre plus de personnalisation, mais c'est à la marge, on peut créer des modèles sur la plateforme, il faut juste prendre le temps de le faire.

I've organized over 100 B2B events (conferences, webinars, themed workshops) on Idloom since March 2020, and I'm generally very satisfied with the platform's features, especially its focus on meeting the needs of B2B clients compared to most other solutions on the market, which are often better suited to B2C activities. I also greatly appreciated the responsiveness and attentiveness of the Idloom support team whenever we had a specific request or reported a bug.

Pros

I particularly appreciate the flexibility of the Idloom platform, whether it's for presenting an event, fully customizing a registration form, precisely tracking the registration process or exporting a participant file.

Cons

The badge editing module is very comprehensive, but it's a little difficult to master. Furthermore, the graphic customization options for an account profile could be more extensive.

Wir bei GARBE nutzen idloom nun schon seit einiger Zeit für unsere Veranstaltungen und sind wirklich sehr zufrieden. Jährlich organisieren wir über 15 Events mit dem Tool – von kleineren Formaten bis hin zu großen Veranstaltungen. In diesem Jahr hatten wir zwei besonders große Events mit bis zu 900 Teilnehmenden, bei denen wir uns voll und ganz auf idloom verlassen konnten. Gerade beim Check-in dieser großen Gruppen, wo es schnell hektisch wird, war es extrem hilfreich, dass die Plattform zuverlässig und absolut fehlerfrei funktioniert hat. Alles lief reibungslos – was in solchen Momenten wirklich Gold wert ist. Auch das Handling im Alltag ist super einfach. Wir schätzen besonders, wie unkompliziert es ist, individuelle Domains für einzelne Events anzulegen und diese ganz flexibel im eigenen Design zu gestalten. Das macht nicht nur den Look professioneller, sondern erleichtert uns die Arbeit enorm. Kurz gesagt: idloom ist für uns ein fester Bestandteil der Eventorganisation geworden – effizient, stabil und einfach in der Anwendung. Klare Empfehlung von unserer Seite.

Pros

Besonders gefällt uns die Stabilität beim Check-in großer Events – selbst mit 900 Gästen lief alles reibungslos und ohne technische Probleme. Genau das braucht man in stressigen Momenten.

Cons

Tatsächlich gibt es nichts, was wir an idloom auszusetzen hätten. Die Plattform erfüllt all unsere Anforderungen zuverlässig, ist benutzerfreundlich und hat uns bisher in keinem Punkt enttäuscht.

Really positive, it was easy to set up from an event manager point of view and easy to navigate for delegates. We had zero complications throughout the entire process.

Pros

The system was very intuitive and easy to navigate, and the Academy area was really helpful

Cons

You cannot easily log check-ins from a 3rd parry badge provider, and have to do this manually.

Nous utilisons IDLoom depuis presque 10 ans, à la fois pour notre plateforme de membres (Wall) et pour la gestion de nos événements (Event). Le Wall nous permet de centraliser la communication entre nos membres, structurer les échanges par groupes et suivre les flux d’information. La partie Event est complète et performante, de l’envoi des invitations jusqu’au check-in, en passant par l’émission des factures. C’est un outil devenu incontournable pour notre association.

Idloom has been a game-changer for us, offering a much-needed alternative to the complex systems we previously relied on. The platform is constantly evolving, with regular updates and improvements, and we truly enjoy working with their team. Best of all, it empowers our entire team—not just a select few—to easily access, edit, and manage our pages.

Pros

Easy to use system and value for money with many great functionalities for our different needs. The customer/account care is also fantastic and always willing to help with our requests.

Cons

No complaints, we are very happy with the Idloom service.
