After our losses, we reached out to Idloom to try to reach an understanding and to get a partial refund for the time we had not used and they stopped replying to our emails. DO NOT PURCHASE. **Pros:** The software worked well for free events or simple, smaller events. **Cons:** 1\. The software is not at all user friendly - Clients had difficulty registering 2. There were so many bugs - Payments, attendee management, ticketing 3. Website is not easily customizable 4.
