C'est certain que nous n'utilisons pas toutes les fonctionnalités disponibles. En naviguant dans les menus, cela donne une bonne idée de tous les types d'événements qu'on peut organiser. Jährlich organisieren wir über 15 Events mit dem Tool – von kleineren Formaten bis hin zu großen Veranstaltungen. In diesem Jahr hatten wir zwei besonders große Events mit bis zu 900 Teilnehmenden, bei denen wir uns voll und ganz auf idloom verlassen konnten. Gerade beim Check-in dieser großen Gruppen, wo es schnell hektisch wird, war es extrem hilfreich, dass die Plattform zuverlässig und absolut fehlerfrei funktioniert hat. Alles lief reibungslos – was in solchen Momenten wirklich Gold wert ist. Auch das Handling im Alltag ist super einfach. Cons We had to work closely with IDloom to build the portal, even after working with them for nearly 3yrs. A lot of the heavy lifting was completed by Fifth Third and the overall costs did not change. Also, reminders were sent, but there were a host of guests that did not receive them, and we were unaware until it was too late. We had to face a very bad situation related to the invoicing module but we were led around by the management for months Pros Easy to use for participant. IDLOOM is a european company and is aware about VAT process in Europe. IDLOOM is aware to developp new feature you might need, but you need to be very patient, and to describe very precisely what you need. Cons We had to pay for several dev as we start using the system, but IDLOOM didn't implemente all our request yet. We had to wait for 1 year and a half for the invoicing system to be usable. It was a complete mess before that and we are now still testing to be sure it is working properly. Idloom hat die Koordination von den verschiedenen Städten, Locations und Filmen stark vereinfacht und uns viel Arbeitsaufwand eingespart. Idloom ist sehr übersichtlich gestaltet und selbsterklärend. Hatte man dennoch mal eine Frage, hat der Supportdienst sehr schnell und kompetent geantwortet. Pros Idloom bietet extrem viele Möglichkeiten / Tools / Funktionen und man kann die Einstellungen genau auf seinen Event anpassen. Zum Beispiel ist es genial, dass man pro Event verschiedenen Optionen und Kategorien von Tickets erstellen kann und auch verschiedenen Locations hinzufügen kann. Auch ein grosses Plus ist das E-Mailing, welches idloom zur Verfügung stellt. So kann man ganz einfach alle TeilnehmerInnen einer Veranstaltung kontaktieren. Idloom ist sehr übersichtlich gestaltet und eignet sich auch perfekt, um viele Events gleichzeitig zu koordinieren! I tried some web applications, but they lacked either user friendly interface for the audience wanting to subscribe, or for the back office. Idloom Events has it all. Add to this an excellent helpdesk, and hands-on mentality (e.g. implementation of support for online events during the Covid-months), make I am really happy about this tool ! Pros Idloom events' user interface is extremely user friendly, also for complex registration forms! Whenever new functionality is added, it reveals itself in a very "natural" way (I come across the new stuff by applying my normal way of working), so no need to train the team. Cons In a perfect world, the activity log, which shows every edit in detail, should also have a placeholder for the event.
