"Poor Support and Functionality. Best for small teams less than 10 people"

**Overall:** I would say that overall I was very unimpressed with sideline. Having to support a team of about 15 users there was always issues. I also remember during November 2024 we received an alert that our service would be disruptive during the use in the presidential campaign.

**Pros:** This is very simple setup that is good if you are just one user and that is it. They recently are removing the enterprise option but this is what we used. Super simple setup though, no TCR application or managing anything just works.

**Cons:** Support is very lackluster, you cannot call anyone. All support is handled through the chat. Randomly and without warning, your account may be blocked due to them thinking you are spam and you are not notified. Meaning that you do not know for how long you were blocked for having to double check with clients. Does not support features like transferrring, recording or even downloading any voicemails.

**Alternatives Considered:** [Dialpad](https://www.capterra.com/p/190976/Dialpad-Sell/) and [RingEX](https://www.capterra.com/p/242188/RingCentral-MVP/)

**Reasons for Choosing Sideline:** Oh no we went with Ring central instead. There was just a lot more enterprise support there and no random lockouts
