Pros: Accuracy!!! At first I was unsure of giving Smarter Time access to basically...everything on my device. I expected it to get confused and be unable to keep up to my heavy usage. I'm impressed! It is accurate and the reports it generates are stunning.
Cons: I was a little difficult for me to wrap my head around. It is a super smart program. There are some features I still need to figure out to use this program for its full potential.

Cons: I think that something that could be improved would be the sync options with different apps and features provided by email suppliers, I found it complicated to match zoom, meet and other virtual meetings in the app.
