Weekly we checked the data within 45 days everything was showing wrong such as payment reconciliation, customer returns, Courier returns. Customer support is not helpful, when I call them they don't pick up the phone and when I message them on WhatsApp they don't reply. We subscribed to Evanik to easily view and understand our Flipkart orders information. We were looking at everything wrong and a lot of information was not showing up here. Based on our experience with Evanik, we would not recommend online seller to joining with Evanik. We tried many softwares and were about to make a compromise with one of them and we came across Evanik. It was a unanimous and instant decision within our Organisation to finalise the evanik solution. Real time inventory, easy order management process and simple yet powerful interface is the advantage that evanik brought to us. The team at evanik is responsive, subject matter experts and act as consultants which is a huge shift from other Organisations that we have worked with.
