Don't waste your time with QB inventory, or anyone else. Call these guys, or try out their free trial. You will see what I mean. Just watch the videos and you will be hooked at how easy this system is to use. Pros So easy to use! Love how they have training videos for every little thing. No way you can go wrong. Fast support, priced right. From startup to Mid size, this is the solution you have been looking for. Not as complicated at SAGE, and integrates with many of the needed providers like ShipStation. The training, tutorials and available tools have provided an efficient way to resolve any questions when maintaining inventory with the Finale Inventory application. This company continues to expand its software features, and I look forward to more options as they grow. The integration with other software programs such as BigCommerce, ShipStation, and Square was a smooth process. I have to manually add it to Ultracart. It really adds to the difficulty of managing. I hope you guys are working on this because the Ultracart platform is such a great one for e-commerce I won't be leaving it. Please Please Please do it. Also the customer service is unmatched! They helped with every stage and made the implementation of a new system very smooth and easy. Cons The reporting is the only thing that I would say needs to improve.. and it is customizable which we didn't spend a lot of time doing but I would often have to change formatting to get the data how we needed it. Everything is mostly self-explanatory and there is no need to spend a week training on the system because it is so easy to use. It's easy to use for staff, smooth integration to shipstation, easy integration with online platforms with more APIs in the works, and great tech support. Handheld scanner enables staff to add and remove inventory with ease. Great reporting features, and is the only software in over 10 years in the industry that can manage ebay, auction, fixed price, Amazon and webstore inventory. This software can even be used to manage pallets on racks, but we have not tested that out yet. Using Finale to manage eBay auction, fixed price, Amazon and webstore inventory. While most Inventory Management systems are all or nothing, Finale allows us the versatility that we need to only run certain features with certain products. Cons My biggest hurdle has been the various data sets in the reporting functionality. There are lots of times where I know all the data that I need is in Finale, but I have to do a lot of work in excel on my own due to the data that I need coming from more than one data set. (For example, we do a lot of items as pre-orders, and our accounting department tracks sales based of when the order actually ships to customers. I can't, however, run a sales report filtered by actual ship date, so I have to a lot of that work manually when it should be a simple report) Review Source ZY Zak Y. Pros The amount of customization available out of the box with Finale Inventory makes it an ideal tool, especially for small businesses with unusual inventory management practices. It also allows us to automate pretty much everything involved in our inventory and warehouse. They really go above and beyond with customer service. Pros The software is very user friendly. Once you learn all of the basics, it is very easy to navigate. When you are learning, reach out to their support team and they will assist you along the way. They will help give you initial lessons and then also take calls to help you if you need further assistance. Response is always very quick. Cons Nothing really, it is awesome. Most inventory softwares want their software to be the first point that the order hits (In effect, Shopify/Clickfunnels to Inventory software to shipstation.) Well that works great for shopify, but not very well for clickfunnels. So there's not very many inventory solutions that can track inventory in the background, But finale does it flawlessly. It has a very simple interface - there are other platforms that are much better. But Finale gets the job done just the same. Pros Will work in the background with shipstation. It lacked the ability to push shipping information to a shipping software which is for us a bit of a weak point but overall it is very easy to use and find and edit data as needed. Pros The documents allow for editing. It is easy to receive product and manage inventory levels. It allows for a lot of inventory based applications. The invoicing, BOL, and order screens are very easy to use and give you a view of them without having to access historical documents to review them. Cons Does not push data to shipping programs. It allows you to enter carrier, package count, and all the information you would need to ship and item but it will not push the data to other shipping platforms. Also, it has the ability to interface with QuickBooks but it is not as easy to make the connections required. Review Source David R. Pros Very basic, no advanced knowledge of other programs needed, links directly to Ship Station as well Cons A lot of modules don't work and it doesn't allow you to take on returns from marketplaces.
