Pros: I found it really easy to customise formatting of each node. Overall the program is very intuitive and easy to use.

Cons: I had trouble embedding my decision tree into an older version of a Godaddy website builder, but with great support from the Zingtree team we found a work-around that looked great!

Overall: Helps my customers find the answers they want with minimal ongoing staff input.

Great tool, relatively easy to use, with excellent, speedy customer service.

Pros: Allows me to make decision trees easily, with the ability to customize them with photos, etc. It's not difficult to get the hang of either, and non-programmers (like me) can use it.

Cons: No significant cons. There are areas that could be added to make it even better, such as the ability to add password protection to your tree, but nothing that stops me from using the service as it is.

Pros: Very easy to create and maintain even complex decision trees. Zingtree includes adequate API's and tools to access choice data and collect additional user inputs.

Cons: I would have liked to be able to name a node separate to the title displayed to the user. This is a fairly minor con.

Pros: The versatility of Zingtree makes it the ideal candidate for our decision tree needs. The price makes it even more suitable for our company. I don't know of too many other companies that can pack that much functionality for that price. Awesome value for money!

Cons: The learning curve can be a drawback but once you have practiced with the product a few times, it's fine to work with.

Overall: Very fast onboarding of employees and customers!

Setup was ok, Reporting was confusing.

Pros: I thing I like the most was the choose-your-own-adventure way our customers could use the software.

Cons: The setup was was very difficult especially if the tree had a lot of nodes.
Reporting was confusing and it was very difficult to delete test runs or runs per IP easily. Manually doing it 1-by-1 was a chore.

We use Zingtree to manage the steps and script of a multi-step direct marketing campaign.

Pros: The end user experience is great. We use the Zingtree publishing link for an employee to easily navigate to what he needs in a very complicated decision tree.

Cons: We would love easier options for importing from our CRM so the merge fields could be easily populated.

Overall: The ability to build and manage the steps and scripting of a huge campaign while preserving a simple end-user experience has greatly improved the organization and efficiency or our direct marketing efforts.

Pros: The UI for buildings the trees incredibly easy, the embedded support and documentation makes the software that much easier to get going with!

Cons: I haven't run into any serious cons against the software at this point. I have made several trees and shared them with my team without any issue.

Overall: Easily shared troubleshooting processes with my entire team!

Pros: The customer support is amazing. I also like the layout of the logic on the overview page - it makes it very easy to follow.

Cons: The variable limitations. I feel the logic nodes should be able to compute more complex equations taking several variables into account.

Overall: Just being able to build the tool. It required a lot of extra framework outside of Zingtree.

Pros: We used Zingtree as a knowledge base. What a great way to create "interactive" help for consumers. Zingtree makes it easy with multiple ways to build. There is a bit of a learning curve, but not much. There's so many things you can do with Zingtree, the possibilities are endless. Good for ANY industry.

Cons: We had to move away from Zingtree because of the cost. You have to pay per click...there was no way to IP filter, etc. As our business grew and we became more successful, the cost of Zingtree went up. It just wasn't a viable option for us, but Zingtree was so nice when we told them we were moving away. We sung their praises from the rooftops! A great product that I continue to tell people about today. :)

Comments: I've found Zingtree to be a really useful program over the last few months to create interactive decision trees. They have a few different ways to get started, and the Wizard tool is great for building trees just by answering questions and filling in the blanks. While it takes a little time to think about the best plan of action before jumping in, the platform is super easy to use once you get the hang of it -- they have a blog and FAQ full of helpful tips and integrations, too.

Pros: Knowledgeable team, good interface, helpful and informative process.

Cons: Monthly payment plan isn't ideal for my setup.

Comments: Once you get the hang of this, making and deploying decision trees becomes a breeze. Highly recommend you try using Designer first (I'm a visual learner). But I have heard Wizard is a great way to start too.

Pros: - Helpful sales team to set you up with the right plan - Customization / CSS

Cons: - Getting started can be tricky - Currently, only available in English (localization)

Comments: We have to make many decisions everyday; it's likely to make the wrong decision if we don't include the overall circumstance, especially when we are stuck by our habit of one way thinking logic. By using the tree, it make it easier for you to include as many as the assumptions which will lead to different consequences in the process of making your decisions.

I know that other companies will talk about cost savings, but from our point of view one of the benefits has been user experience. We've had 1000's of sessions per month, a lot of these sessions are users of our product that previously weren't contacting our support team.

Now that we've got Zingtree they are finding the information they need and resolving the problems that they might have otherwise not tried to resolve! Lovely stuff :-)

Comments: We were looking for a way to save money on customer support by creating our own troubleshooters, and Zingtree made it easy for us. The tools are solid - we use the Visual Designer AND the more text oriented overview for cleanup and tweaking. The reporting is great too. Highly recommended!
