Pros: It makes managing products, handling customers, keeping history and inventories so simple. It is also very flexible which can be used from anywhere, through differeny platforms and even offline.

Cons: There can be a methid for customers to log onto the system and upload invoices tv which makes the work easy

Pros: Very easy to navigate with little or no training. Provides photos, item codes and SKU's. Can have multiple companies under same user log on

Cons: It can be hard to apply different discounts within the same PO. It is alsocomplicated to release partial orders/different ship dates.

Overall: Good to have multiple companies in one east to use location

Pros: The ease of use. Only works on iPad. Not many reps know how to use it. They need to train more reps.

Cons: They nickel and dime you. They over charge you. They won't credit their charging errors. They charge you for unused licenses. Don't make the mistake it takes too long to switch. For a bunch of ex-salesman, they lost sight of the customer.

I am HIGHLY suspect of this review for a few reasons. 1.) We have never had a Jim or James Reed as a registered user on RepZio. 2.) We have never had a Jim Reed in our accounting system. 3.) We have never lost a client to a competitor. Lastly, the only Jim Reed I could find on LinkedIn, and is in the furniture industry, designed lighting for Ralph Lauren in 2015, a very happy RepZio customer! Nonetheless, I welcome the opportunity to address each point. We personally train every user before they go onto RepZio and once trained, they have full access to RepZio U and their concierge. We love our reps and want nothing more than to make sure they know how to use and profit with RepZio. Our pricing has been on our website since day one. There are NO other "hidden" fees, annual contacts or "nickels or dimes". We are $25.00 a user. You manage your sales reps (users) so you wont pay for users you don't want/need. I hope this helps but if not please reach out 855-438-7379.

This is the best platform out there for the sales representative. It is the easiest to use!

Pros: The ease of use. You don't have to guess where to go next. Everything is easily laid out and at your fingertips.

Cons: I wish the back office/customer reporting systems were better and more informative. Detailed customer reports would be great. Including best sellers not purchased by customer. Quick order forms for repeat orders.

Pros: I like the environmental aspect to using this software. The fact that we can avoid writing orders on paper and have a software to assist is great! I also enjoy the fact that the order is then electronically sent to our customer service team to process. This helps avoid any order delays.

Cons: One of the things i did not like is the extra steps i need to take to get to a specific section i need to update when taking an order. A little tricky to navigate.

Rep Zio is very easy to maneuver.

Pros: It is customer friendly and easy to use. While I have a customer on the phone, I can access their customer information right then and there.

Cons: Sometimes the inventory is not up to date. I wish we were able to change an order from the IPad after we've submitted it.

Cons: Cannot concert an order back to tagged items only the other way around

Cannot control rep allocation if client has already logged in on their own

Cannot convert client list to excel on your own for updates to print off

Hold orders need to be submitted to show on other end

Pros: Emailing to customers. Library. Building product suggestions for customers and best sellers for sales.

Cons: Branching capabilities from product pages would enhance the experience. Therefore, being able to go to the library for example rather than back to "home"

Pros: Ease of use. The ability to access images and additional vendor information as well as recent orders and price tier levels. The functionality and ability to access all pertinent files is easily accessible.

Cons: I would like to see the ability of syncing RepZio with Brokerforce since we utilize Brokerforce for our own business data entry and commission tracking but need to enter and submit vendor orders through RepZio.

Pros: ease of scanning items into software, submitting an order, tagging items to place in an order, copying an order to a different customer number

Cons: not able to breakout a quote/inventory into different categories. Need to do an inventory of the showroom, but must breakdown each section of the showroom, and can't seem to figure out how to do it in one single inventory order.

I work with 2 manufacturers who use Rep Zio and I love the product! I have recommended it to others

Pros: So easy to use, from setting up new clients, to finding products easily, to submitting orders; it could not be more user friendly. Love that it can show pictures of items, immediately send copies of order to clients, and allow customization.

Cons: I have not found anything to complain about using RepZio. I have loved using it and have asked other manufacturers to use it as well.

Overall: Quick and Easy to use.

Cons: I have no real cons, wish it would run on android devices and had full functionality on smart phones.

Pros: Everything is right at your finger tips for my customer as well as for me making it easy to be productive and knowledgable. The confirmation email sent to the customer and to myself. Having past orders with me at all times to be able to review and look up what was ordered in the past. It is easy to put together a suggested order and forward to a potential account.

Cons: Having to rely on InterDesign to keep it updated. They have had some real clichés this year loading new product and all new prices. Having to send an email to request account info updated ie. email addresses and contacts. I should be able to do that since buyers can change frequently.

Pros: presenting on the fly- pictures and prices at your fingertips. This has been a game changer. Works on my phone and tablet.

Cons: pricing could default when a client is not chosen instead of having to toggle between price levels. It's missing a map function that can locate you and which clients are close.

4 years using Repzio as. Sales Manager, helpful for keeping track of orders and reps .

Pros: Versatility! Intuitive ! Has been very helpful with analysis and stratigic planning . It is versatile enough to use in a more creative manner.

Cons: Can't think of anything off hand. At one point we opted to try a different ap . We were made a lot of promises that didn't happen. In the mean time Repzio kept developing new options. We were glad to return to Repzio.

This has been a helpful tool to stay organized and present products.

Pros: It's easy to pull up accounts history and see what they have ordered in the past. I also love the pictures that accompany the item numbers. This really helps the customer when they get a copy of an order.

Cons: We have had connection issues on the backside with repzio orders not loading into our office used software.

Repzio makes presenting a line easy. You can generate a quote with accurate pricing quickly.

Pros: Repzio is easy to use. You can generate quotes quickly for customers with the ability to email a copy to them. This is a great app to use on the road or at markets to get prices to customers quickly and to remind them of the product you went over together.

Cons: I wish there was a better presentation option instead of just scrolling through product lists. Maybe have the option to create custom folders of "Go To" product and flip through those images in a large format instead of a small thumbnail.

Pros: I like the ease, and the speed. I like how the app automatically updates the moment you enter the Repzio app. I like the lead notifications. It is efficient and very functional. The PDF conversion option is beneficial.

Cons: I don't like the fact that a lot of the leads end up being people looking for personal purposes. Quite a number of the browsers are not bona fide retailers.

Pros: We use this for ordering at the trade shows several times a year and Repzio makes this process very quick and easy. The customers also love getting a copy of the order with the pictures of the products so they remember what they bought at the tradeshow. Repzio has saved us from cramped fingers from writing orders like we used to do.

Cons: The reporting feature has never worked well. We've tried to get this fixed several times and although we've been told that they are working on it, there's no change after 2 years of using this app.

Pros: versatile with or without internet, good pictures, bookmarking, cloning, able to do multiple orders, make notes....

Cons: you can't send an email anonymously to multiple recipients. You can't choose a city name, or a given area to send out an email blast. You can't look up a customer by telephone number

Overall: No more heavy catalogs, ease of transition from one line to another, making for better/bigger orders.

Pros: I like the photos with the item and the capability to make it wholesale, retail or otherwise. I like the capability to switch from one collection to another. The sales process is very good when you know on how to work it.

Cons: Pricing out a dining table as an example in a different size can be quite stressful going through all the photos.

Overall: I do not carry any paper price lists or catalogs because of this software !!!!

Pros: What I like most about Repzio is how user friendly it is. Ease of order placing and tracking customer data. Ease of use and training capabilities.

Cons: Can be very buggy. Sometimes you will upload files with the same name in send files and it will still display the old one. Image management via the web manager is very clunky.

Pros: Easy to navigate and look at product. I like the fact that you can send email to customer a product that they have purchased. You also can pictures of the product which is very helpful.

Cons: What I like least about it is when you're showing product and the customer wants to go back and look at another category you can't come back to the category you were looking at without starting all over.

Overall: A benefit of having this type of software is that when it finishes an order it actually shows the picture of the product of the order that has been placed.

Pros: I like that I can do different catalogs and send them to my Customer with images. It is very easy to work with.

Cons: What I like less about this software is when I search for a Customer and click on the name and if it is not the good Customer, it does not bring me to the name to continue looking, I have to restart again at the beginning.

Pros: It's very intuitive compared to a lot of sales / product / invoicing platforms. It always functions well & communicates quickly with the administrative back end. I use the app primarily but also login the our company's back end at the end of every sales day to compile invoices & the communication is instantaneous.

Cons: There are some small glitches that become very monotonous since I use it very frequently. The option to email invoices direct from the app isn't completely reliable in my experience either so I always rely on emailing from the back end.

Pros: The photos are great. It's easy to use. I'm fairly new and have little to compare this to but when I have used it... I had no problems. All that I know is that it seems to work just fine.

Cons: I wish our company used the same rep program for all of our vendors. There are some things that I had to add into the notes window that I feel should have it's own window. Other than that - I'm fairly new and have little to compare this to.

Pros: on my ipad, but I tried to transfer to an Ipad pro and its been difficult sometimes the images never come up and I feel foolish. then I am trying to talk about the products and I have to move on to something else. some lines upload easier

Cons: on my ipad, it really takes a long time to load and its irritating with customers get impatient with it.

Pros: Once you get the hang of it very easy to use, fast, nice interface.
Easy to switch between different flipbooks

Cons: Some flipbooks change backgrounds to pages from other flipbooks.
We work in an international organisation, each country has its own flipbooks and all books are visible for each country, i just want to see my flibooks but That is not possible.

I find Repzio somewhat easy to use compared to other systems that are out there.

Pros: I like having the images to be able to show customers and the easy way to add items to their cart. It is easy to add customers as well.

Cons: I definitely do not like not being able to enter someone's credit card information and have to call it in. It is also hard to start an order and then come back to it in order to add product. I have yet to figure this out. It takes you to the page to submit without an option to continue shopping/adding items.

Pros: I am visual, so love all the order options! love the tear sheets, that you can add pricing or not.
I love that all the orders show, so you can review with a customer. this program is definitely made for reps!

Cons: Maybe the lack of report ability. It does give a few but not detailed enough. Being able to run reports at the end of the year with total sales etc. Also the top items per category would be helpful.Really, I can say much more.

Overall: The ability to write orders and submit them easily to company and customer.

Pros: Easy to use and love the ability to review sales by customer or date range or even product. Also very easy access/track orders once submitted.

Cons: Making changes to customer information (specifically shipping address) requires multiple steps/must be changed in several fields which makes it difficult for certain users.
Updating categories and products can be difficult in certain instances
ie :Once a product is no longer available, there's no way to "delete" it can only be moved to "discontinued". A minor issue for some, but because we have over 1000 items, it presents a problem at times.

Overall: Ease of product management, order taking and order tracking

Doesn't have the capabilities I really use like in ECAT.

Pros: In putting orders is fairly easy. Wish lists are easily established. Photography is true to the look of the product. It is easy to pull up the Images but you have to screenshot them to make a list of photographs to send to your customers.

Cons: It is Difficult to make lists of products to send to customers. There is no way to pull up new product only. You have to filter through the entire list of products.

It is a breeze to use. Hate that you cannot work multiple quotes.

Pros: RepZio has great functions and very visually appealing. It is easy to show customers the different products across multiple vendors with images, costs, MSRPs, and any promo pricing.

Cons: Sometimes hard to differentiate between catalogs. When a customer orders products from multiple vendors, there are extra steps that need to be taken to separate each vendor.

Love it! Quick, easy to use, customers enjoy the images with every order!

Pros: I love the ability to look up products for multiple companies that I represent. I am able to see current pricing, availability, cut sheets, reports, account paperwork and forms. I also love the ability to make custom lists and review products through categories provided by our manufacturers.

Cons: I've had some difficulty with the layout of the phone app, but it hasn't completely hindered my efforts. ***Only Apple Store App*** I am forced to use an iPad and iPhone.

Very easy to use. Nice visual display on screen and email. Has small issues here and there.

Pros: Very easy to use. One of the easiest systems I've worked with. Really makes entering orders so much quicker and efficient.

Cons: Enlarging pictures works half of the time on the iPad. other wise it goes into "photo not available" when it was just before I enhanced it. Emailing can be an issue too. Sometimes they don't send and are stick in the outbox without notification. Doesn't remember my contacts when sending an email. Customers I contact frequently by email, I have to type in the full address.

Pros: Able to have less paperwork. All price lists that are needed are there. All customer info is at your fingertips. You can have pricing from as many vendors as has the app.

Cons: If the vendors do not have someone assigned to this, then critical information can be left out. The app is only as good as the information that is included.

Pros: I love the images and the method of adding the quantity. I also like the easy way to submit the order and email the customer copy.

Cons: I wish that you had a way to run a history (list) of the items the customer had ordered in the past, the date and quantity last ordered and the total quantity ordered.

Pros: Ability to edit contacts, add new contacts, speed to confirm orders in system, Good management overall of customer base and easy to prepare orders as needed.

Cons: sometimes images could be a bit sharper, and very difficult to delete an account when there is a need to remove an account from the customer list.

Overall: Esay and fast tool to produce orders for customers in my territory

Pros: What I like most about the software is that is it easy for our Sales reps to use. Everything has its place and navigation is easy.

Cons: This software does not allow sales reps to track invoicing or see a list of all active customers in their territory.

Cons: However, I do wish the format in sending a bookmark report was in the same format in RepZio that looks like a pdf with 12 or 15 pics on a page.

Pros: I like how easy it is to enter an order, or with a tap, it can be a quote. I love having my product line available so if the product they are looking at on the floor doesn't quite meet their needs, I can quickly show them other options that hopefully will. It is a great tool! I also like how you can bookmark items the client shows interest in.

Cons: I don't really have any cons. This ap allows me to to be efficient and answer questions quickly. It is a great tool with so much at your fingertips!

Overall: Efficiency and closed sales!

Pros: It's simple - the information I need is at my fingertips. Regardless if it is inventory levels, specials, customer history, or pictures & specs, it is all right there and I can write an order & generate an emailed copy for the Buyer.

Cons: I understand that what I always thought was a major short-coming has now been addressed, and that is to be able to generate quotations from the software. I have not yet used this feature, but plan to soon

Overall: Speed & confidence comes with an upgraded sense of professionalism.

Its overall good except for particular problems at shows with updates done being all erased...

Pros: Keeps good records for customers orders, and a good reference for customer list and what they have purchased in the past. Saves time on submitting orders and love that it copies customer, rep and company all in one touch.

Cons: Data should never disappear, you cannot get it back, we have to check each customer again when they order again. The inventory should be loaded so we know what is not in stock and the dimensions on products should always be in the descriptions. We should be able to make the presentation into a pdf format to attach to an email to send to a customer.

My overall experience has been excellent.

Pros: I like the clear images and the ease of sending tear sheets to customers. It is very helpful that it is updated so frequently. This is great for being on top of products that are customers are looking for. Getting order copies so quickly is also a wonderful feature.

Cons: I did not have any training, so I was using the program in a way that was taking much more time to take orders then it should. I would like if there was a feature that made catalog pages that could could be sent to a customer.

Pros: very effective sales tool, very easy to set up new items and images, it has good flip books, It is very easy to learn, never crashes, very hard to lose data.

Cons: has a few limitations, hard to customize to what you need, the registration process puts some customers off and they may not sign in.

Pros: It creates a nice looking quote and can immediately service your customer. The presentation eliminated fabric confusion. I had some questions and called customer service and they got right back to me and walked me through it.

Cons: There were many inconsistencies in pricing and I eventually hads to check pricing on every quote that I sent

Overall: RepZio helped simplify a very complex and timely process. Save me time as some quote could take up to an hour to produce.

Pros: The ability to have in my hands, a history of what a customer has purchased in the past, photos of styles, and the ability to place orders on the fly...takes the place of lugging around 10 different catalogs.

Pros: The simple UI makes it easy to learn how to use and it is easy to set up and display products. There are lots of different features that can be added and they keep adding more. Any issues are handled quickly and efficiently, I know I can rely on them. They have a knowledge base with lots of information, as well as videos to learn how to use the software as a rep and as an administrator; It allows me to give those links to my reps to learn instead of walking everyone through it. Uploading information and images is easy, it can be added on the website, through dropbox and through integration.

Cons: I would like more control over shopzio. There is no notification about customers with similar names, addresses, etc. it is up to the admin to merge as customers are easily created as new with any difference such as capitalization. Separate columns and information needs to be inputted to search by words. Newsletters are no longer sent to provide new information and details.

Overall: The ability to easily provide information about our products to our sales reps, making it simple for our sales reps to send orders. A great reliable company to work with. Paying a better price for a better product. Our company has thrived because of this product.

Pros: The ability to make changes to orders, customers and products quickly and easily. Also the ability to build several orders at once and move between orders while working with a client saves time and helps keep our customers organized.

Cons: During show time sometimes can't print all sales orders due to overload of the system. It's necessary to select groups of orders to print instead of printing all at once.

Pros: Same format from manufacturer to manufacturer, so once you learn to enter order with one, it's virtually the same for the others.

Cons: All Mfgr logos that a person represents appear on the screen when you pull up RepZio. I don't necessarily want other reps (or sales mgrs) knowing who else I represent. I wish you could hide or rename the logos to A, B, and C

Overall: Instant updates so "catalog" never out of date, instant availability and pricing. Ease of placing orders and having them go into mfgr's system immediately, and having both myself and dealer instantly emailed a copy. No more wondering or checking to make sure mfgr received email/text/fax.

I am a sales rep for two companies I use repzio for both, it very easy to bounce back and forth.

Pros: Lots of good features. Air print is great. Browsing for products needs a lot of work, where is a list of collections?

Cons: Creating a new order for a customer who has an existing order from previous markets is challenging when the time is of the essence and we want to keep the old order for reference. You have icons for copy order, transfer order but keep looking for a new order button, same thing for when trying to create inventories, as a result the app gets use a lot less than it would. we would like to create more suggest orders for each of our customers but end up creating something outside the app.

Product images for Hubbarton Forge needs updating so there is a visual reference when selecting different options. There is no pricing for a Hubbardton Forge base code, a price range would be helpful for quick scanning purposes. Way too many finish and glass options to choose from and there is easy to tell which glass and finish is applicable since the photos are all the same. We end up choosing the finishes at a later time.

A similar product category would be very helpful for items in the same collection since starting from the main page again is slower than using an actual catalogue.

Quick item look should be able to search a family name without going to another look up menu. The app is fast enough to search for family name without having to actually change the search function.

Way too much clicking to do simple tasks in comparison to eCat and not as user friendly for a number of different tasks.

Clarity for all languages if English is not your first Language-images prices etc.

Pros: RepZio is easy to navigate and allows me to place orders fairly quickly. Many additional features have been added since I started using six years ago. Looking forward to more!

Cons: The more product added and features requested by vendors, the more cumbersome it gets. My vendor does not have the RepZio activity interface with their website, so there is not universal information available to me. I also think it is unfortunate that it can only be used on Apple products (as far as I know).

Pros: Furniture Focused software with ease of access to principals. Good industry exposure means multi-line reps have to learn fewer systems

Cons: Not robust enough for our needs. As a large manufacturer with fairly complex pricing structure, there was not a scalable solution with this software to integrate our ERP and handle our diverse customer base's needs.

Overall: They were focused on my industry and came highly recommended but did not fit our needs

Pros: Ease of use. Can find appropriate pricing for different customers easily. Ability to send cut sheets and copies of orders to customers.

Cons: Too difficult to jump from one manufacturer to another. There should be a button to automatically jump to RepZio home page rather than having to backtrack through multiple stages.

Overall: Greatly speeds order confirmation to my customers. Can easily send cut sheets. Easy to find pricing for customers at various pricing levels.

RepZio is by far the industry leader. Customer service is second to none, easiest program out there

Pros: ease of use, customer service, tear sheet and quoting abilities and the simple start up. great for even non tech savvy people.

Cons: I wish it had a mapping feature and sales reporting capabilities. A CRM integration or addition the the program would be fantastic. I am still always on the look out for a great mapping and CRM.

Pros: I like being able to zoom in on items to show details. Being able to send tear sheets easily with choices to show pricing and branding or not is a great tool. I like that Repzio is another tool that is great for presenting product vs a catalog alone.

Cons: Changing pricing levels does not always take and so if you are working with a customer and need to change pricing levels this does not always happen. Also there are times when sending a tear sheet where all the items in a category attach.

I use Repzio every day and I am very happy with it.

Pros: Ease of quoting & ordering. Book marks for suggestive selling.
The images are very good and It's nice to be able to see stock.
I also like the download feature so customers can print if necessary.

Cons: When I pull up a certain region of customers by state I'll click on one customer to review -then when I go back to look for the next one i have to re-select that region drop down again. Would like it to remain on the list and where I left off on the list.

Pros: It's pretty simple to figure out. The user interface is largely self explanatory. I'm typing more because I have to.

Cons: It's not available on any platform other than Mac, I'd prefer something I could also use on a PC or on the cloud. I don't like the way that it adds upcharges as an exposed line, I don't like that the software doesn't automatically update, but that I have to hit the gear icon to manually do it. I also have an issue finding accounts with the search function from time to time. I dislike the quote format, pictures aren't embedded. Hopefully the PDF option is better (haven't tried it yet).

Overall: I guess its portable and quickly accessible?

Pros: The pictures when you do an order and the history you can obtain. I also like all the details you can put in and it is stored It is easy when writing an order with a customer

Cons: The fact that once an order is submitted in order or quote form you can't go back to alter it when changes need to be made.

Pros: Better that what we were using before. We would manually handwriting orders. We had a software order entry system on the computer. But, we could not use it at trade shows.

Cons: Slow, if we put something on closeout it disappears off the site, even though we still have some stock. Has been glitchy lately. Not good when you are busy and have customers waiting.

Overall: ipad format

RepZio continues to have the same problem everytime, and no one is able to fix it.

Pros: It is intuitive to use, and allows me to not have to haul catalogs around. I like being able to email images and orders to people, rather than having to always print.

Cons: I have had the same issue, with shipping addresses and other customer information not saving consistently, and with one change to the order after putting in the shipping address often causes it to default to an old shipping address.

Overall: I don't have to carry a catalog or write an order.

It makes client ordering easier. faster process

Pros: Layout and organization are intuitive. Tutorial videos are nice. Really like the ability to have everything in one place and work with a customer. The feature allowing an order copy to be sent directly is very nice. We use the program at markets to work new customers and allow the proper pricing levels to be quoted.

Cons: It doesn't mesh with Rug Manager system we use (could be an issue on our end but they don't sync together which leads to pricing levels not matching, etc.)

Overall: Ease of use and ability to have everything in one place.

We love Repzio, we are an international company and they make it easy to use worldwide.

Pros: Ease of use, ability to link with our database and the customer service is top notch! We love the ease of adding our catalogs and price sheets for follow ups during trade show markets.

Cons: The reporting feature of the app and web manager. Dating has always been off and we had requested each year for two years to be able to break down the reporting by trade show, this has never been implemented.

Overall: Ease of filling orders during market, no need to do all of the paperwork upon our return. Also, being able to have live inventory feeds are quite nice.
