I wasted numerous hours setting up the software before realizing it was full of bugs (for example, the employee's commissions were wrongly calculated). Because I spent so much time setting it up, I wasted even more time telling their team all the the bug, following to make sure they were fixed, only to be told that I "should accept the software is it is and they do not have time to fix the issue I am raising, they have other development priorities". I am left with a software I cannot use, and cannot trust. Their customer service team is one of the worst I've experienced. Absolutely careless, and incompetent. Stay away from this software. Yes, we don't support offline. It is a online software with real-time online booking. (So no choice of offline) 2. But, we have the packages features. The user interface is very simple and easy to use. Cons The fact that it is available only as a cloud solution kills the experience. Considering the quality of last mile internet connectivity in India, this is not the most optimal solution. The tool should be made available as a on-premise solution as well.
