“Great tool for ISPs but not really a CRM”

OverallSonar is a definite update from the previous software we were using. It's a modern tool for ISPs looking to get with the times.
ProsSonar is easy to use and navigate. I didn't need much training to start pulling reports and inputting data. The customer support team is very friendly and easy to talk to. They genuinely want to make Sonar the perfect tool for ISPs.
ConsIt's a great tool but not a true CRM. Looking forward to updates being done but it looks like it might be a while more.
