Hello, Thank you for your review. I just wanted to add some clarification. We don't have a limit on the number of characters you can have to send a message. A standard SMS segment is 160 characters, but you can send messages as long as you wish. The other item I wanted to follow up on is Analytics. Overall, I will use it as of now.Suggestion - please work on changing the manual process.

Pros

1\. Automation of responses.2. Texting & messaging to a larger audiences with just one click.3. Personalised message are very useful.4. Messaging can be done in a structured manner.5. Lead, campaign & contact management are also good features.6. Chatbot feature.7. Customization & Integration option is really helpful.

Cons

1\. Few things are still manual, which is time consuming.2. Sometimes, it is inefficient when uploading the list.3. Page is not auto updated, it have to be refreshed to get the new messages.

It is ending on an extremely sour note

Pros

SMS itself is a very powerful tool. Their system allowed my to adjust who was receiving messages and was relatively easy to change via upload.

Cons

Multiple messages that I pushed out through their system failed. There is no alert for this and the message failures were not due to anything that I did incorrectly. When asking for a credit for these failures, I was offered an amount much lower than I was willing to accept. I lost thousands in sales not realizing messages did not go through. When I attempted to close the account, I was told there would be a $600 early termination fee. I signed up over 2 years prior, but the contract auto-renews without notice or any approval required. Be careful.

### "Great Product - EXCELLENT Support"

Pros

Sonar's out-of-the-box setup is basically perfect. Unlike many SaaS products we've used in the past, this required very few customizations to work smoothly, and everything was excellently handled by their incredible support/success team. I received quicker service than I typically receive from my internal IT team.

Cons

Some of the salesforce syncing has been finicky, but I'm pretty sure 90% of that is due to our customized Salesforce settings and not Sonar's fault. But the workarounds are very minor, so everything is logged and trackable.
