They are not out to support but destroy the hard work of agents.

Pros

There is nothing to love about the software.

Cons

This software as you to try for free but with a credit card to it. Once you do that, they never show you how to unsubscribe or cancel the billing and then keep billing you every cycle despite sending emails severally that are never responded to.
