Pros: I like the Linkedchat mobile widget and the fact it works across tablets,smartphones and computer makes it more lovable for me and ensures all of our customers get a smooth communication experience with the sales team ,no matter which device they choose to contact us from.

The smart scheduling feature makes it easy for the customer care team to command the Linkedchat widget to switch off at times,when there are no agents available to attend to web visitors ; and switch on when we expect agents to be available to respond to chats.

Cons: On occasions,there have been times when we were unaware of new chat notifications from customers,simply because nobody was manning our Telegram account when a customer sent a message.Therefore,I think it will be a fantastic idea if an sms notification feature can be introduced, which will enable the customer care team receive an sms whenever a series of new chat messages have gone un-responded to.

Overall: Linkedchat removes the need to have a sales agent manning all of our customer communication channels.Right from our Telegram account, we are able to communicate with customers in real time on our website.

Pros: Linkedchat is easy to setup,and integrating it with our Slack was fast and seamless. I like how anybody on my team can speak to web visitors or customers right from their desk ; thereby making it possible for everyone within my organization to help out the sales team ,whenever we are overwhelmed by web visitor traffic and customer enquiry on the website.

Cons: Absolutely nothing to complain about Linkedchat,at least as of this very moment : it is an effective tool which fastens the process of converting website visitors into customers.

Pros: Like most chat programs this is simple to use, you get to see the individual speaking to you, when they type, how they type, and it's easy to send small files to each other. This tends to also be free...can't be beat.

Cons: it's easy to use and part of linked in so it works fine.
