Pros: We appreciate Catchpoint for its monitoring features. This solution is brilliant in the perspective that it allows fast and convenient troubleshooting while our working on customers' issues. Besides, Catchpoint pleases with their support service. Its representatives are incredibly responsible, friendly, and it is really cool to see people purely interested in their job. The vendor's pricing policy is pretty accurate and straightforward - everything is obvious, and no hidden fees are included. Overall, we do not regret choosing Catchpoint at all. Naturally, there are some problems with it, but literally everything can be helped in this or that way. We use this program to improve our content quality and be sure that our communication with customers will be successful for 100%.

Cons: It would only behoove the service if it included more advanced abilities to work with real customer management data. But to sugar-cover the impression after this bitter truth, the vendor has designed really awesome tools for working with synthetic data, which are helpful without a doubt. In addition, we wouldn't mind adding more capabilities to the sharing system of Catchpoint. For instance, we would prefer to have an opportunity to share the necessary information for benchmarking purposes.

Overall: We want to recommend users to choose Catchpoint, if they are interested in integrating a promising solution to improve their workflow, for instance, customer monitoring or content delivery infrastructure. We can surely give this solution 4.8 out of 5.
