It helped in resolving the performance issues on each page as it shows exactly where it is taking more response time (if from JS/CSS/Vendor script/API)

Pros

Helps in scripting the flows same as what customer does (Example: We can script the order flow, my account flow, search or anything that customer does)Identifies page performance which helps to know after which release/deployment issue is happeningWaterfall shows which JS /API is throwing error

Cons

Ability to get more on what real customers do. Though this tool is meant for mimic customer journey, we really cant expect that.
