I love that it files all reports in with the clients and the composer. I love the updated web platform, huge improvement! This has been a great addition to the services we provide our clients as well. They love receiving daily updates from the officers working their properties. I've already recommended it to a couple security companies we've worked with and will continue to do so. Pros I love the new GPS stamp on report entries. It allows me to know with confidence that our officers are onsite doing their patrols. Cons I don't love that it's only a web based platform at this point, but I know that's about to change :) Reason for choosing The Report Management System Prior to choosing a software all reports were emailed in. The filing system was a nightmare. Initially it was a cost based decision, it had the essentials we needed to do the job and kept everything organized by client. Director of Operations Security and Investigations Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "My Review on Therms" February 12, 2020 3.0 It's to early to tell yet to answer this question Pros It is easy to use of security officers and administrators Cons That the officers themselves can see and change other officers reports, change the time of the report and it still has the option to have their reports reviewed instead of just completing it. If you turn your phone sideways for pictures it will delete the report you started, also it kills your battery really fast because it is not an app on your phone and you have go to the internet to access the program. The officers can do these changes and see things they shouldn't accountability it not there. Setup only took ten minutes. Very user-friendly for both admins and end-users. After trying most of the security management systems out there this is the best. Pros Modern and easy to understand user interface. Quick and easy setup. Exactly what security officers need to do their job and nothing more. Cons Limited features. I would like to see scheduling and live GPS tracking but not a deal-breaker. Easy to use. Easy to setup. No minimum licenses or sites. No long term contract. Friendly and quick customer service. Switched from [TrackTik](https://www.capterra.com/p/132312/TrackTik/) TrackTik makes it very difficult and overly complicated just to sign up. Must sign a long term contract and take a minimum number of licenses even if you don't need them. Mandatory training even if you don't need it. Setup takes a week or more. Overall a great system to use and would highly recommend two other potential users. Pros I have found that this system is extremely convenient in providing a multitude of options for both users and clients. The system is very easily accessible and can be maneuvered without any problems. The multitude of functions including reports, records database, employee information as well as the other features are extremely helpful in client satisfaction. Cons There are times where the system just like any other does not function properly in the essence of some employees being unable to login or having issues uploading photos etc. However when customer support is contacted they are extremely responsive in resolving the issue. Pros In security, there is a vast amount of information to keep track of for a single client. Now multiply all that information for a single client by 10, or 30, or 60! THERMS drastically reduces the time to track and organize client information while simultaneously letting you share it with anyone in your company that needs to be shared with. Another major benefit of this software is the ease of sending daily reports or information to clients. THERMS will also store the reports in the event previous reports need to be reviewed or submitted. Cons Really hard to say if there are any Cons to this software. This system is available 24/7. New employees often compliment us on this system stating they have worked for various security companies submitting reports and this is the best program they have used to date. Cons I am constantly asked about a mobile smart phone app for this program. Employees often state that this would be a great addition to what we are currently using. The UI is clean and it makes learning for our officers easy. THERMS has the basic functions we need and we are given a lot of creative control over how our reports are set up for use. THERMS is continually improving and their customer services are quick to respond. Cons The ability to format reports and forms that we custom build from an appearance perspective is somewhat limited. We look forward to having a little more creative control in this area. NEEDS AN APP! This will hopefully solve some of the minor bugs we experience on the mobile website. Pros Right to the point, there's no bulky clunky stuff to get around in the app. The best feature by far is the reports and how they're laid out. Cons The mobile app isn't out, yet. February 23, 2018 5.0 There are some features that I have to use other programs for, but the developers said they will be adding those soon.
