A simply outstanding product and so cost-effective for the functionality it provides. Not really surprising to see the list of companies it has been implemented in.

Pros

It truly delivers a range of services and features and a wonderfully affordable price. The implementation is simple; the features provide incredible flexibility to configure the system to deliver what I need. I cannot speak highly enough of the product and support. I have now implemented it in 4 different businesses because it is so flexible and cost-effective.

Cons

The system really has little not to like. The key is to think strategically to decide the data hierarchies to limit changes once the system is implemented.

I have nothing but good things to say about Ideagen Lucidity. From their Customer service, which is friendly and efficient, to the system itself.

Pros

Intuitive, simple to use and cost effective

Cons

There isn't much that I don't like, Though the risk management module is not intuitive and doesnt flow the way traditional static organisations would use it. It appears to be more focussed on a transitional environment such as construction or project based activities. Also I would suggest a review of the workflow for managing incidents could be better.

Our experience with Lucidity Software has been extremely disappointing. After engaging with their team, we were left frustrated by poor communication, a lack of accountability, and zero interest in customer feedback. Despite multiple attempts to resolve our concerns, our requests were continuously passed between different team members, each providing the same dismissive response while hiding behind contractual terms. At no point did anyone take the time to genuinely understand what went wrong or show any willingness to improve their process. What’s most frustrating is that their sales team made commitments that were not honoured, leaving us with unusable software and no resolution. Rather than engaging in meaningful dialogue, Lucidity simply deflected responsibility, making it clear they value contracts over customer satisfaction. I strongly advise others to be cautious before committing to this platform, as our experience has shown a complete lack of support and accountability from Lucidity costing our company $25K with no beneficial return.

Our business is one of the most dangerous ones in the industry. We make windows & doors & as you can imagine, that involves a lot of broken glass which can cause serious injuries. We've finally found the software that works across the board for everyone from the hourly worker to the project managers. EHS is faster, easier & much more efficient for documenting incidents than the other software we've implemented in the past. They thought of all the important questions to ask in order to collect the critical details to reduce the risk of future accidents from occurring. This software utilizes an exact footprint of our building so employees are able to document exactly where the incident occurred. The best part of this software is that if someone recognizes something that could potentially be an issue in the future, they can simply report it in EHS, without the hassle of trying to track down someone from maintenance or the safety team . We are provided with immediate updates of what we call "hotspots," so they can be addressed right away. We have found that with this software, employees are recording a lot more non-injury incidents than they have in the past. The feedback we've received from our employees about switching to EHS has overall been positive. There's an option to report a non-injury incident, which was not available with our previous software. Our safety team wants every bit of information they can get in order to properly implement risk management & this software makes that happen. Our company has already seen a decline in incidents by making the necessary changes to prevent them ahead of time. EHS hasn't missed a thing & I don't imagine we'll be changing to a different program ever again.

Pros

After utilizing this software multiple times while on-site today, I wanted to leave a review. Consumers tend to leave reviews when a product dissapoints them & EHS has done nothing but impress me, the more that I utilize it! The dashboard is what's truly sold me on this software! It's updated in real time, so there's no waiting around for a list or an email to provide to our safety team about things that need addressed. Nobody has to run around trying to find someone or get the information relayed second hand.

Cons

I had to figure out how to re-size my photos because I sometimes get an error stating the file is too large. (When uploading to a report) Pictures of the injury or areas of concern such as a safety concern are important so luckily it was a simple fix to get my phone to take photos that aren't huge.

I've loved using Lucidity, both in my own company and with my clients. Compared to some of the older compliance management options out there, it really is a breath of fresh air.

Pros

We Initially used Lucidity Software to maintain our Integrated Management System, however, it's now become an integral part of our business. Whilst the system is modular, there are many core features that are common across all modules, meaning our people quickly became familiar with the look and feel of each module. We use the App for all our site work, and it's literally a game changer.

Cons

Not a criticism of Lucidity itself, but working in the construction industry, there are still occasions where we come up against the "what's wrong with a paper form" attitude. Now that Lucidity has introduced the App though, we're hearing this less and less. Inform really makes it so easy to complete site "paperwork" online.

### "ProcessMAP System Review – Positive Experience "

My companies experience has been mostly positive while working with ProcessMAP. They provide us with a customer service manager that ensures we are taken care of accordingly and get all our questions answered in a timely manner. We have had a few quarterly business reviews now and the information that ProcessMAP presents allows us to know if we are moving the needle with EHS.

Pros

o User ability – ease of use o Mobile functionality – except for investigations o App Builder - Ability to customize apps that relate to our business

Cons

o ProcessMAP moving to a mobile platform but still is a mostly computer-based software with the exception of a few apps and app builder. o Reporting/Dynamic dashboards can be difficult to use if you have customized fields instead of out of the box solution. o Our users can not complete investigations on the mobile device – out in the place of incident.

Reason for choosing Ideagen EHS

We chose ProcessMAP for the mobile flexibility. The system allowed us to translate audits, and reporting of incidents (near miss, unsafe act and unsafe condition, injury/illness, vehicle) real time while onsite. The dynamic dashboard capabilities were a positive. We can utilize the dynamic dashboard KPI’s to ensure leadership to shop floor team members are aligned with progress and EHS. The level of support we receive for issues that arise. They have tiered approach to resolve issues in a timely manner based on priority assigned to the issue. Also, being a global company, we require translations to be easy and user friendly. ProcessMAP provides us with the easy ability to customize translations.

Being more organized across our very large operating footprint with safety audit activities. Wanted a program which generates audit reports in real time as data was entered. Wanted to improve visibility and tracking of findings, open actions.

Pros

Real time information capture. Robust tracking and reporting, including the ability to generate customized report through Insight! The task calendar also has a variety of uses and is a great utility.

Cons

Surprised that "rolling up" or aggregating findings, actions across multiple layers of the organization was not an off-the-shelf feature, and custom reporting development was needed to augment the base program.

His strong recommendation of Process Map preceded a robust team review and we believed Process Map was a better fit, particularly when looking forward and contemplating the additional modules which could be added to the platform. This software supports this "growth".

Overall I have been extremely happy with ProcessMap software. We went from 100% paper reporting, investigating, and auditing to 100% digitized. The amount of actionable data that we have readily available is fantastic. It has also allowed us to better manage as we have easy visibility, automatic notification and automated reporting across all of our business units.

Pros

The software has a very clean user friendly feel. Developing training and subsequently bringing on all of our users was a fairly straightforward process because the tool is very intuitive. I also love the ease of customization. My support team at ProcessMap does a great job of thinking outside of the box to develop new and better ways for our business processes to become more efficient.

Cons

If the integration or customizations require code development then the lead time and time to project completion can be too long.

The different modules can be purchased separately allowing 'build to suit' needs and budgets. It consolidates all EHS related information - safety and environmental incidents, sustainability metrics, industrial hygiene, auditing, compliance calendars, and task management - in one place! Powerful reporting tools available.

Cons

Sometimes had that "I wish I knew that earlier" feeling after implementation. Challenging to customize fields and have that carry through all areas of the system. Cognos tool requires a lot of training

Cons

It is not inherently obvious how to navigate thru item. I'd reccomned a pop up bubble when the cursor is over a certain item or button to help users navigate the system

Pros

The reporting features have greatly enhanced over the years. The ability to export files into a variety of different formats is handy making it easier to include statistics into a number of different report files.

Cons

It is not compatible with BlackBerry Devices, if this software was compatible with blackberry devices, our station would be able to further utilize the products.

I've been using DevonWay products since 2010 at two different employers. The product is clean and customizable. We use it for a broad range of needs including corrective actions, management observations, assessments and work management. The reporting allows for all of our users to get the information they need via emails or their dashboard. Additionally, we have it set up for employees who put items into the application to receive feedback on closure so they can know how their item was handled. The product is tailored to meet our business needs.

I enjoy it, and believe it to be a beneficial Safety Management System. With some improvement it could be one of the best systems. I have used KPA, and Velocity as well.

Pros

The ability to track a mass amount of data. Currently at my company we use it to add, evaluate and track leading and lagging indicators

Cons

There have been times when the program seems to lag, there also seems like the usability could be more friendly, it is easy to get lost in the weeds

Pros

Set up was a breeze, customization is available, the customer service organization is very responsive, we didn’t have to buy the entire package, it’s easy to add new modules as our programs mature.

Cons

Global regulatory specific applications can sometimes be an issue for recordkeeping and reporting. The languages that are available are not always 100% accurate. However, I’ve noticed in ProcessMAP is working on improvements and routinely corrects these concerns with upgrades and notifications from users.

### "One Stop Shop"

For our purposes we were looking for a system to centralize all of our Incident reporting and regulatory compliance needs. With ProcessMAP we were able to do just that. Having over 35 plus sites across the US it is nice to have one system that is shared across those locations. I can run and file 28 OSHA logs without the pain of going to multiple spreadsheets and databases to retrieve the information. The record keeping and corrective actions sections also allow us to meet and exceed our ISO standards and requirements. During audits it is often brought up how the systems organization and presentation highlight the investigation and corrections of incidents.

Pros

The software is set up on a module styled basis. This makes the system easier to access the correct locations for different types of users. The permission settings allow the administrator to turn on or off elements easily and quickly. After some initial training the system is easy to navigate, and user friendly for basic users (ie..line level leadership, managers). Having a platform which allows for customization of dashboards is also a plus in terms of communications and transparency. It has decreased our duplicate and redundant reports dramatically throughout the past couple of years.

Cons

As with any system, there are drawbacks to what can be performed. Some of the users would like to see additional information broken out by more site specific information. This is something which would require a lot of effort to change and there is would not be enough business justification to do so. Additional feedback heard is that the system can get confusing and cumbersome for persons not utilizing it often. The user will forget where the location or process would be for data entry or reporting. This is off set with the interactive help feature but that sometimes is also left behind.

Reason for choosing Ideagen EHS

The team at ProcessMap was really the deciding factor. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable with the system. During the entire time we have partnered together I have not had an issue with the support nor dedication of the team there.
