A simply outstanding product and so cost-effective for the functionality it provides. Not really surprising to see the list of companies it has been implemented in.

Pros

It truly delivers a range of services and features and a wonderfully affordable price. The implementation is simple; the features provide incredible flexibility to configure the system to deliver what I need. I cannot speak highly enough of the product and support. I have now implemented it in 4 different businesses because it is so flexible and cost-effective.

Cons

The system really has little not to like. The key is to think strategically to decide the data hierarchies to limit changes once the system is implemented.

I have nothing but good things to say about Ideagen Lucidity. From their Customer service, which is friendly and efficient, to the system itself.

Pros

Intuitive, simple to use and cost effective

Cons

There isn't much that I don't like, Though the risk management module is not intuitive and doesnt flow the way traditional static organisations would use it. It appears to be more focussed on a transitional environment such as construction or project based activities. Also I would suggest a review of the workflow for managing incidents could be better.

### "Functional Limitations, Poor Governance, and Administrative Inefficiencies"

Not positive. They do not take feedback onboard or feature requests. They have no clear road-map of what is being worked on. In the past two years they have allocated time (and money) to introducing 2 new versions both of which were face-lifts only.

Pros

The platform offers reasonable value for money compared to other products on the market. It is generally user-friendly for end users, with a relatively intuitive interface for day-to-day use. However, this ease of use does not extend to set-up and administration, which are more complex and less intuitive. From a governance perspective, document control is weak, and the overall structure of the platform appears poorly planned and organised. This creates challenges in maintaining consistency, traceability, and confidence in the integrity of records over time.

Cons

We predominantly rely on the InForm and Incident modules, as limitations in the other modules reduce their practicality and tend to complicate, rather than support, our processes. My experience with the InForm and Incident modules has been consistently frustrating. A key issue is the inability to properly preview forms that include conditional logic. Conditional fields do not display in preview mode, meaning administrators are forced to publish forms to validate them. This is not just inconvenient, it introduces real risk, as errors are only identified once the form is live. The suggested workaround of creating new versions to test changes is not practical in a controlled environment, as it disrupts internal reporting, impacts data continuity, and complicates the investigation of historical records. In addition, basic configuration tasks such as bulk editing fields, rearranging table columns, or converting field types require unnecessary rework, making the build process inefficient and time-consuming. The platform also falls short in terms of usability and flexibility when managing more complex forms. There is limited control over layout and structure, such as the inability to easily rearrange sections, minimise them, or apply conditional logic at a section level. Simple improvements, like consistent default radio button configurations or clearer visual distinction between sections, are missing. Administrative inefficiencies are further compounded by poor duplication behaviour, lack of formatting options, and rigid field settings. These issues collectively make it difficult to build structured, user-friendly forms at scale, and increase the likelihood of inconsistencies across projects. From a governance and systems perspective, the most significant concern is the lack of robust document control. There is no visibility over revision history, including who made changes, when they were made, or what was updated. There is also no ability to undo changes. This creates a major gap in traceability and accountability, particularly in environments where compliance and auditability are critical. Broader system issues, such as glitches between mobile and web submissions, poor integration between actions and parent records, limitations in role configuration, and inefficient file upload processes, further reduce confidence in the platform. While it may appear cost-effective at face value, the operational inefficiencies, compliance risks, and administrative burden significantly outweigh any initial savings.

Our business is one of the most dangerous ones in the industry. We make windows & doors & as you can imagine, that involves a lot of broken glass which can cause serious injuries. We've finally found the software that works across the board for everyone from the hourly worker to the project managers. EHS is faster, easier & much more efficient for documenting incidents than the other software we've implemented in the past. They thought of all the important questions to ask in order to collect the critical details to reduce the risk of future accidents from occurring. This software utilizes an exact footprint of our building so employees are able to document exactly where the incident occurred. The best part of this software is that if someone recognizes something that could potentially be an issue in the future, they can simply report it in EHS, without the hassle of trying to track down someone from maintenance or the safety team . We are provided with immediate updates of what we call "hotspots," so they can be addressed right away. We have found that with this software, employees are recording a lot more non-injury incidents than they have in the past. The feedback we've received from our employees about switching to EHS has overall been positive. There's an option to report a non-injury incident, which was not available with our previous software. Our safety team wants every bit of information they can get in order to properly implement risk management & this software makes that happen. Our company has already seen a decline in incidents by making the necessary changes to prevent them ahead of time. EHS hasn't missed a thing & I don't imagine we'll be changing to a different program ever again.

Pros

After utilizing this software multiple times while on-site today, I wanted to leave a review. Consumers tend to leave reviews when a product dissapoints them & EHS has done nothing but impress me, the more that I utilize it! The dashboard is what's truly sold me on this software! It's updated in real time, so there's no waiting around for a list or an email to provide to our safety team about things that need addressed. Nobody has to run around trying to find someone or get the information relayed second hand.

Cons

I had to figure out how to re-size my photos because I sometimes get an error stating the file is too large. (When uploading to a report) Pictures of the injury or areas of concern such as a safety concern are important so luckily it was a simple fix to get my phone to take photos that aren't huge.

I've loved using Lucidity, both in my own company and with my clients. Compared to some of the older compliance management options out there, it really is a breath of fresh air.

Pros

We Initially used Lucidity Software to maintain our Integrated Management System, however, it's now become an integral part of our business. Whilst the system is modular, there are many core features that are common across all modules, meaning our people quickly became familiar with the look and feel of each module. We use the App for all our site work, and it's literally a game changer.

Cons

Not a criticism of Lucidity itself, but working in the construction industry, there are still occasions where we come up against the "what's wrong with a paper form" attitude. Now that Lucidity has introduced the App though, we're hearing this less and less. Inform really makes it so easy to complete site "paperwork" online.

Our experience with Lucidity Software has been extremely disappointing. After engaging with their team, we were left frustrated by poor communication, a lack of accountability, and zero interest in customer feedback. Despite multiple attempts to resolve our concerns, our requests were continuously passed between different team members, each providing the same dismissive response while hiding behind contractual terms. At no point did anyone take the time to genuinely understand what went wrong or show any willingness to improve their process. What’s most frustrating is that their sales team made commitments that were not honoured, leaving us with unusable software and no resolution. Rather than engaging in meaningful dialogue, Lucidity simply deflected responsibility, making it clear they value contracts over customer satisfaction. I strongly advise others to be cautious before committing to this platform, as our experience has shown a complete lack of support and accountability from Lucidity costing our company $25K with no beneficial return.

### "ProcessMAP System Review – Positive Experience "

My companies experience has been mostly positive while working with ProcessMAP. They provide us with a customer service manager that ensures we are taken care of accordingly and get all our questions answered in a timely manner. We have had a few quarterly business reviews now and the information that ProcessMAP presents allows us to know if we are moving the needle with EHS.

o User ability – ease of use o Mobile functionality – except for investigations o App Builder - Ability to customize apps that relate to our business

o ProcessMAP moving to a mobile platform but still is a mostly computer-based software with the exception of a few apps and app builder. o Reporting/Dynamic dashboards can be difficult to use if you have customized fields instead of out of the box solution. o Our users can not complete investigations on the mobile device – out in the place of incident.

Reason for choosing Ideagen EHS

We chose ProcessMAP for the mobile flexibility. The system allowed us to translate audits, and reporting of incidents (near miss, unsafe act and unsafe condition, injury/illness, vehicle) real time while onsite. The dynamic dashboard capabilities were a positive. We can utilize the dynamic dashboard KPI’s to ensure leadership to shop floor team members are aligned with progress and EHS. The level of support we receive for issues that arise. They have tiered approach to resolve issues in a timely manner based on priority assigned to the issue. Also, being a global company, we require translations to be easy and user friendly. ProcessMAP provides us with the easy ability to customize translations.

Being more organized across our very large operating footprint with safety audit activities. Wanted a program which generates audit reports in real time as data was entered. Wanted to improve visibility and tracking of findings, open actions.

Pros

Real time information capture. Robust tracking and reporting, including the ability to generate customized report through Insight! The task calendar also has a variety of uses and is a great utility.

Cons

Surprised that "rolling up" or aggregating findings, actions across multiple layers of the organization was not an off-the-shelf feature, and custom reporting development was needed to augment the base program.

Pros

I like the ability for the app features on it unfortunately since we only grant limited use of phones on the floor, it makes this feature limited.

Cons

The Document Control is not as intuitive as I would like. I get complaints from users who try to select a document to open but get the edit field because the icon to open the document is on the right. It would be nice if the icon to open the document could be the first thing they see after the title.

Trending and tracking functions are excellent.

Pros

Once you learn how to use DevonWay, it makes reporting and analyzing data trends possible in ways we weren't able to before. I see the power of it, and want to be able to fully utilize it. When we have an issue or question, DevonWay is very responsive.

Cons

User interface can be confusing. Those who don't use it frequently have difficulty figuring out what's being asked of them, or how to find what they're looking for. Many steps to accomplish just about anything. DevonWay is clearly taking steps to address these issues, but there's a way to go, yet.

1) Fewer calls from end-users that do not know how to use the product or mess something up. 2) Reporting is getting much better; better tools and good response/solutions from DevonWay when new reporting is needed. 3) User interface keeps improving. 4) Automated reporting to monitor for issues (both with the system and for company issues) is a real time-saver. 5) The Trakway ticket system helps with software development and changes, as well as addressing problems. 6) Track history helps troubleshoot issues.

Pros

The ability to extract data for trending and reporting. Also, the user interface is easy to understand for users that infrequently use the system.

Cons

You get what you ask for. So make sure you understand your business needs and be able to communicate them adequately.

Pros

The functionality of the report writer and data search is intuitive and user friendly. This software had been developed to meet every need of a Corrective Action Program and continues to evolve and improve. It has built in tools that allow the user to successfully manage their assignments. Using saved data searches, you can schedule notifications/reminders to keep you on track. Interface between modules is beneficial within Contractor Assurance System. The versatility to customize the software to meet specific project needs is quite impressive.

Cons

Most of the things I liked least about the software have been improved over the years. Maneuvering thru the software and understanding the workflow was sometimes a challenge for users over the age of 35. However, DevonWay has gone to great strides in answer to this by making the software more intuitive. When developing charts, the user is directed via link to Jaspersoft to use for customization of chart; it would be advantageous to have a means by which to find the preferred format as opposed to scrolling through the entire list.

Latest format. It is a good working tool for everyday use with respect to initiating, tracking and addressing CRs.

Inability to mimic some of MS Word File Capabilities with respect to editing and formatting (e.g. creating a numbered list and alignement).

I enjoy it, and believe it to be a beneficial Safety Management System. With some improvement it could be one of the best systems. I have used KPA, and Velocity as well.

Pros

The ability to track a mass amount of data. Currently at my company we use it to add, evaluate and track leading and lagging indicators

Cons

There have been times when the program seems to lag, there also seems like the usability could be more friendly, it is easy to get lost in the weeds

Pros

Set up was a breeze, customization is available, the customer service organization is very responsive, we didn’t have to buy the entire package, it’s easy to add new modules as our programs mature.

Cons

Global regulatory specific applications can sometimes be an issue for recordkeeping and reporting. The languages that are available are not always 100% accurate.
