I was always wondering where my freight was. I used this system and was able to give my customers better customer service. Using this system I was able to get more business from my current customers because liked having the additional visibility of their loads. Pros Easy setup works immediately. Easy to automate tracking and tracing of my brokered loads. Cons I wish it was around in 2000. I was able to start tracking my brokered loads immediately. I signed up and was able to start tracking right away. I created an order. The driver received a text. They replied "YES". Then I could begin tracking them. I was particularly happy that I could track drivers with flip phones. Many of the owner operators we use do not have smartphones.
