It enables you to customize your training and take it to a new level that is much more efficient. With its made-for-mobile foundation it maximizes the use of handheld devices at the employee and manager levels. Plus, they have extensive experience in the beauty industry and that was important to us. Pros Customizable and made for mobile foundation Cons You need to be committed to switching to a computer/handheld based training program. More efficient in the long-run, but cost and time intensive in the beginning.
