At this point I have no major complaints with Service Titan. There are some reports I would to see and some separation on services on the mobile side but I believe these will be worked out in time.

Everyone in my office and in the field thinks ServiceTitan blows our previous software that we were on for 10 years out of the water! It's easy to use and easy to learn. I love how the software is easy to follow from incoming phone call to invoicing the job.

Pros

Service Titan has given us the ability to track ALL our interactions with a customer. Our old software made it very difficult to track phone calls that didn't result in a booked job. Now, anyone who answers the phone knows exactly what the customer has spoken about with us in the past. Even our techs in the field have all the info our office has!

Cons

I wish the accounting integration with Quickbooks was a little more seamless.

Pros: easy to get up and running. We onboard people in less than half an hour which is amazing. They're certainly not masters of the software that quickly but the software is not slowing down the new employee process at all. One of my favorite parts is the constant regular upgrades and improvements based on user feedback. Their customer service is the bar that I measure our company at....they kill it. Cons: about every quarter there will be a hiccup with the backend servers (whatever that means) and it will go down. They always get it fixed quickly but none the less everyone at my company freaks out because service Titan is such a huge part of our day to day operations. My experience: absolutely love it. It's like when you meet the one and you realize you weren't really living until you were together.

Service Titan was able to streamline processes that could become tedious. By using this program, I have been able to book calls faster, dispatch the appropriate technicians to their jobs with ease, and the program also allows me to be dynamic in scheduling and logistics because everything is right in front of me (my technician's locations, the location of the service call, the time of the appointment, etc. No day in a service company runs smooth and scheduling can be very dynamic as some calls take longer than expected and others take no time at all. But Service Titan allows me to handle these situations with ease. Now, I can't believe we ever did anything without Service Titan. I highly recommend the program to all service companies. The program works great and the support team is very helpful.

We liked the features but for a small company to use it way to much. I think that you shouldn't have to train that hard to use a soft ware. Great product if you can get through the training.

Service Titan has afforded George Brazil Service amazing technical support. Their staff is always willing to help with whatever questions or problems that you encounter with the software.

Cons

As of late the latency that occurs during the business day is something annoying.

Pros

Quick response to our concerns and needs. The implementation team was tremendous in helping us onboard in a timely manner. Learning curve was minimal for my team to overcome. 45 days in we are really comfortable with the product and still learning the features as the product is really robust. Reporting is broad enough to accomplish our needs in tracking performance and metrics.

Cons

Software conversion of data was a bit tough to work through but the Titan team stayed the course. We spent a lot of time correcting bad conversion with the Service Titan team . My suggestion would be to start off fresh with Service Titan and do not do the conversion of 2dispathing operating systems if possible. Again, the Service Level of Titan support is second to none!

Matthew Huber is my go-to-genius as I have worked with him continuously regarding any issues I have in any area of Service Titan so he knows me well. We began a session yesterday and I had to leave before we were able to complete the issue and he told me what time I could reach him the next day and we were able to get on a shared screen session which was the best idea thus far as I am a visual person therefore I felt like i was in the same room with him going step-by-step and not only were we able to resolve the problem at hand we were also able to resolve some other issues that came up as well. Matthew has been very patient with me and I truly appreciate his professionalism as well as expertise with Service Titan!

Pros

Their customer service is phenomenal. They help you any way they can, even if that means they have to remotely log on to your computer so they can see what you see and show you how to do whatever it is you need to do.

Cons

There are some features I would like them to implement, like being able to make each Tech a different color on the schedule screen so you can see right away how many jobs each tech has.

Pros

I really like the modern look and all the features Service Titan has to offer. It is easy to use, and I like using the app. I've taught some of my coworkers how to use the software, and they were able to pick it up fairly quickly. It's nice having everything on one screen and not to have to flip back and forth.

Cons

There seems to be a bunch of updates. Right when I get used to one set up, it changes! I guess it's for the better, I just wish the changes had better transitions sometimes

I like the "basicness" with ServiceTitan. User friendly, quickbooks compatible. Offers everything and more.

Cons

I don't like the schedule part. I think each tech should be color coded and not all the same color or have a different schedule for each technician. I also do not like how information from the invoices from ServiceTitan doesn't export over to quickbooks.

After using several different software's we have finally landed on one that is the most suitable fro our business. From the dispatching to the Sales numbers, Service Titan is definitely on the leading edge of the service industry.

There is alot to do in Service Titan, you have to figure out the best reports for yourself

Pros

This program is very intuitive in its design and has a very informative and courteous staff of technical support agents that can help find a way to make the program do just about anything you need it to. We were able to match the program to our specific needs and automate several of our other vendor programs through it. If Service Titan can't do something, they can combine with a program that can.

Cons

The cost is a bit higher than some of the programs we have used before, but you get what you pay for.

Second to none customer service. Old school type service with new school technology. One the cons is you can't bypass any steps with the software as far as dispatching and scheduling, but that is also from a managers standpoint the biggest pro. Service Titan implements new ideas on the fly. They listen to the end users. Product development us unmatched which is why they've become a leader. I've on boarded with other software platforms where they just sell you the software and basically leave to fly at the seat of your pants. Service Titan is the polar opposite. You have someone assigned to your every move.

Completely paperless. Extremely easy for technicians to understand and use. Visual pricebook enables technicians to create options very quickly and efficiently. Great customer support. Software is always improving based on user feedback.

Cons

Price. This is one of those things where the product is expensive but worth it.

Having everything tracked from technician check-in time to finish time, adding photos, sending invoices and seeing that the email went through to the customer (or even if it didn't) is great. The customer service reps and onboarding rep have all been great to work with. We are at our 6th month using the software. Would love to see some flexbility in some of the options when it pertains to sales numbers as they relate to variables in payroll options, but overall, everyone here seems to like the addition of Service Titan!
