Not good for time and materials billing, multi day jobs require a new job each day and an invoice for each

PROS: Reports are great. We are able to have accurate information to track the technician's numbers. Support is really good. We love the support tickets. Dispatch is easy. Easy to navigate through the entire system. CONS: System is slow sometimes. Onboard process needs a lot of work. We did a lot of prep on our end to learn the software and teach our techs. The training videos are great, but we would have preferred to have a better onboard where we were taught the system.

Cons

The Agreement Manager is not the greatest. Because it is not an accounting software, you have to get very custom with journal entry's.

We are really enjoying using Service Titan. The ease of use is certainly a plus, so training new employees is much smoother. The customer service is always great. We enjoy being able to get in touch with a customer service rep that can solve our problems on chat immediately without having to wait. They are always willing to help us even for the smallest problems. I look forward to utilizing all of Service Titan Features to the fullest in the year to come.

Easy way to track technician, department and company goals and progress. Mobile tablets in the field have given a professional and modern way to present options and collect payment for work completed.

Pros

Service Titan is constantly improving and updating features. If there is a problem they are fast to respond and get the issue resolved. The stay in touch through pop-ups and email reminders of what is changing. You can easily track the progress of each technician.

Cons

The reporting functionality needs improvement. It would be great if Service Titan had a custom report generator so you could pull the information you are looking for on the fly.

Service Titan has an innate desire to be most helpful to contractors by researching, understanding and providing critical support for contractor profitability and customer service. As a result, Service Titan is very customer-centric and quick to change and improve their product. It is not static, but constantly changing and improving.

Cons

With a constantly changing product, it requires continued support and training. Service Titan is very good at this, but it is something of which a new customer should be aware.

This software is one of the most intuitive Dispatching softwares I have used. It is easy to learn and to teach to co-workers. The Service Titan staff are very responsive and helpful. I am very pleased with the many reports available. I am excited about the new app that has recently become available. They seem to stay on top of the curve in making it better and doing updates consistently.

Ease of use and how we can keep track of jobs and invoices much better then when we were using our old dispatching software.

Cons

We were told one thing and then after everything was integrated, we were told something else. This was very disappointing because that feature actually made our decision to go with Service Titan and then we find out it doesn't exist. Also, I feel like the owner should have access to the technician and employee side without paying separately for access to both.

I have used many soft ware programs for scheduling customers, maintaining repeat business, and tracking marketing information as well as customers and I can say, with out a doubt, Service Titan is the easiest to learn, use, and grow with. We are able to manage 31 phone numbers for marketing, we can track all of our KPI's, and we are able to maintain a very large customer base.

The software has a very easy to use user interface. We are able to onboard new employees with ease because of the simplicity. Even the most stubborn techs, who were the most resistant to change and technology, now love it and would not be able to function without it. We looked at alot of other options on the market and feel very strongly that these guys really have it nailed.

As with any product there is a learning curve at first. It's very intuitive, but there are some items that are a little frustrating but they are minor. The product is very powerful and we are looking forward to becoming power users. It is going to enable us to have one product that runs the entire business.

Anytime I need assistance or guidance with anything, Service Titan is there to help.. I love the chat feature, its quick and easy to get help, especially when it is busy.
