Pros

The features I like most about this software is the easy sign up process, displays promotional offers, and the security features.

Cons

What I least like about this software is that a customer's loyalty doesn't always come free. This app is designed to build loyalty, but it still costs a small fraction of a person's value.

Everyone I have worked with at Mass Mobile is responsive and makes taking care of my business a priority. The service is easy to use, and they're willing to work with you to figure out the best solution for what you're trying to accomplish. Also, the price to setup and get our app published was very reasonable. This is a great product that helps me extend my brand, provide my customers access to my business, and stimulate existing customers to come in more, and spend more when they do. Also love that i can give my app a completely new look whenever i want.

Pros

Problem solved: a way to communicate and engage my customers...we use all the same channels everyone else does, facebook, twitter, instagram, emails...while these methods are important, i felt that we were just one of a million other businesses that did the same thing. With our own app, our customers really do view us with more credibility...they think we must be doing well to be able to afford our own app. In short, a great tool that helps me communicate with my customers! The #1 benefit is that it has boosted my sales by almost 23%. It took us about 6 months to really start seeing some traction, but soon after that we definitely have seen an increase. And our app promotions have been HUGE!!

Cons

Nothing not to like. Great product, the one thing that i could complain about, is that i wish i had done this earlier!!!

We've had a successful journey, and we're happy to describe it just like it happened. Our app went way beyond our expectations. We hope we can help you get your own app and use it to grow your business like we did. Why We Decided to Get an App: We started using social media (mainly Facebook) to grow our customer base. We had a lot of success with Facebook'over 12,000 fans in the first year. But when Facebook changed its policies, we started getting a lot fewer views. That was really disappointing. So we dug in and started doing some research. We needed to 'go mobile.' Everyone is on their smartphone these days, apps are everywhere, and we decided we needed our own app. We realized that Mass Mobile Apps was offering the best package for a small, non-techy business like ours. We chose Mass Mobile Apps, and looking back, we definitely made the right choice. The more we got into our app, the more we realized how much potential it has. There are so many cool things you can do that we wouldn't have dreamed of. Here are some of the features we've been using: 'We make exclusive in-app coupons, which have been a huge success with our customers. 'We send out push notifications about special offers, and this has given our business a boost. 'Our app links directly to our website, where customers can buy our clothing online. 'Customers use the app to view new inventory and see in-store promotions. 'They use the app to click through to our social media pages. 'Customers can also follow private events via the app. 'They can view store hours and GPS our Locations. Our Ultimate Favorite'the Mobile Loyalty Card As soon as we saw this feature, we knew it was for us. That's because we were already big with paper punch cards in our store. The problem is that customers tend to lose the cards or forget them. Now they have the card in their app, and they use it all the time. Here are some stats we've collected since we published our app: 'Online sales have increased by 16%, and online traffic has increased by 23%. 'Store traffic has increased by 17% since we added in-app coupons combined with push notifications to tell customers about the coupons. 'Customers who downloaded the app returned within one week 29% of the time, and within two weeks 48% of the time, thanks to our loyalty card. 'Our lines have been shortened by 20% due to customers not having to look for the paper cards.

We tried many other products, like Belly, Perka, Five Stars and a few others. Each one ended up being a lesson learned, sometimes an expensive one. We found Mass Mobile Apps, and from the outset they were professional and knew our business intimately. Our App was designed an published within 1 week for Android, and 2 weeks for Apple. Not only do we love the app, but so do our customers. it did take us some time to perfect our sales pitch to get out customers to understand and download the app, but when we did, wow did we see results. We have certain customers that bring all their friends, and have them shop and do not tell them about the loyalty program, and take their points... I also love the fact that we can constantly update all the images of our app, so every few months it looks like we have a totally new app. Again Highly recommend this company.

If you have a business where you are thinking of rewarding your customers, don't waste your time looking around anymore. MassMobileApps is your answer. Their product is AWESOME. The dashboard is really easy to navigate. There are many options that an owner can customize to its own needs. In our experience their customer service is second to none. They will reach out to you even on the weekends to answer a question or solve any problem. We looked at many APP providers but no one can come close to what these guys offer in overall return for your money.
