They keep charging my card even though I don't have a paid subscription. Pros We used it to send out a yearly form after a company strategy day to get feedback on the day and the strategy iteself. Cons I downgraded to the free tier when we did not use the tool any more. Every month for the past 2 months is has automatically upgraded me to a paid subscription again. They tell med this is a feature, not a bug. You need to cancel everything, not downgrade, or they will automatically upgrade you again. There is no info about this on the webpage.
