It's very cost effective and easy to use and set up. It saved us from having to pay more for a bigger survey tool that we wouldn't have even used that much Pros I love the drag and drop builder. It works very smoothly and looks very easy on the eye. I think it makes it much easier to use, especially for non-technical personnel. I also like all the native integrations they have available. It was a good surprise to not have to use API to connect it to our other tools Cons The embedded surveys are far from 100% stable. They keep charging my card even though I don't have a paid subscription. Pros We used it to send out a yearly form after a company strategy day to get feedback on the day and the strategy iteself. Cons I downgraded to the free tier when we did not use the tool any more. Every month for the past 2 months is has automatically upgraded me to a paid subscription again. They tell med this is a feature, not a bug. You need to cancel everything, not downgrade, or they will automatically upgrade you again. There is no info about this on the webpage. Questionnaires are relatively simple to make. We can create the graphs we desire by manipulating the survey data in a variety of ways. Pros It is an excellent tool for gathering responses to questions. Chart designs are attractive. The free version handles all fundamental tasks. They have a number of articles about writing questionnaires, using different kinds of questions, etc. If there are any issues, the support is quite helpful. Cons Not a single complaint. I like it so far; it supports several different question types, is easy to use, and looks way more professional than using G's product. It was a bit surprising that you have to upgrade from the free version even for the most basic data export, but you can do it temporarily, and if you consider that, the price for a few months is quite reasonable for this quality and is worth it. Pros The ease of use and the overall view of the survey from the participants' points of view. Cons I couldn't find normal Likert-scale type questions. There is only either the semantic differential scale or the rating where you have to divide points, no simple rating scale, but star rating can do the job after all. It also would be a nice feature to have subquestions so you could group the similar questions (like several star-ratings) under one main question to improve the experience of the survey participants. I can easily create longer surveys just the way I like, because Survio offers multiple types of questions and other possibilities such as marking questions as compulsory or optional. Another benefit is that you can separate survey into sections, regarding the topic of questions. I also appreciate ability to put text in the beginning and at the end of survey. When it comes to dealing with responses, you can see nice and interactive overview of results of collected answers. I wish all the pro features were not charged. But I am still quite surprised with the great deal you get for free! I got used to working with Survio very quickly and would not change it to a different survey-maker. Cons I would have preferred more available answers with the free trial, because I reached 120 people but I am able to see just the first 100 answers. Cons The fact it isn't clear about the additional costs when wanting extra information. By the time i had submitted and sent my review i realised you had to pay for statistical analysis. Based on the experience gained during several user satisfaction surveys, we conclude that Survio is easy and intuitive to be used. An institution carrying out the surveys has at its disposal a large selection of survey templates and types of questions. The surveys look very professional. Analysis of results is available in various formats, which allows for further work on them in other programs designed for data analysis. Technical support and customer service is carried out professionally, efficiently and on time. We are pleased to announce that Survio has met our expectations and we recommend it as an effective tool for carrying smart surveys. Cons One of the drawbacks of Survio is that it is not possible to edit the size of columns in question types and it is not possible to change the font size. Pros Survio is very easy to use tool for making surveys, offering templates to save the time. I like the graphic representation of the survey results which looks very proffesional and there are also tools like Wordcloud, which is very good for example for presentation of the data. Cons I am very satisfied with Survio but the free version is very limited (only 100 answers per month) and the Premium version is quite expensive. November 17, 2017 4.0 This software will allow me to obtain information on how important is the problem of birds that collide with windows for bird conservation in Argentina. The survey will be disseminated at universities across the country for the purpose of obtaining valuable information. The data will be analysed and subsequently published in a scientific journal. The survey will have a national scope and I will be able to collect data that would otherwise be very difficult. Pros Survio allows me to obtain data for my research studies. What I like best is the ease of creating a survey and the amount of choice of question types it offers. Before I decided to use Survio I searched many other sites but Survio seemed to me the most suitable for my interests. The free option offers more services than other survey pages. Another very valuable thing is the possibility of discarding some answers that I will not include in the final results. It's really a very easy tool to use! Cons I think something like this should generally be free for students when it comes to questions that are for the university. And it should be easier to activate via a link.
