my overall experience is a pleasant one with this program. I use it daily within my role and can’t say enough how much between different agencies this cures the problem with the disconnect in incident, reporting, and incident management when multiple agencies are on the same incident occurring. I do like that there is a real time updates and I don’t have to worry about the lag. You can’t ask for better than that. Most of the experience I have had is the first-hand report making and taking and after that it goes out to the correct agency who then goes off of the start of the incident. My role makes. From my perspective it is very easy and flows well not hard to work this program or find what you need in order to take information and get it sent quickly. I would recommend this program to many other agencies.

Pros

The most important feature that this program offers is real time reporting along with the history, documentation and ease of use. I would definitely enjoy knowing the moments after a Messages updated within an incident that anyone on that particular scenario will be updated within a second or two at very most. I also like that the history documentation you can pull for any search criteria within the range it gives you as in date or name or phone number or address or time on a certain day or within a certain date range or time range and many other search fields is extensive and can pull data from years back. I enjoy the ease-of-use without the lag. I can’t say enough how important is in every second counts.

Cons

I just like that sometimes on start up it will give you an error and you must close out of the program and re-open it. I do believe that this is due to being an online program. I would also say one of my cons is that there could be more support for my agency, at least in the IT department to update and critique some of the mapping that goes with this but it’s not really that big of an issue because we have other tools that support us in this area. I do wish that there was more than just light mode and dark mode for the user settings within the color scheme, but I’m sure with updates to come there will be in the future
