Making changes on the calendar is not so easy. A "shift" functionality in order move entire blocks of training would be of great use. Also having the possibility to group athletes an apply the same workout to the whole group would be useful. Having the possibility to schedule more than two "workouts" per day, for example, separate files for pre-run warm up, post run cool down and strength training would be great.

Pros

The plans are clear, customizable and actually work!

Cons

Sometimes the web app doesn't run as fast as one would wish.

very good, i've used it for a long time, more that 4 years.

Pros

I love that i can customize the workout plan for my client. And that they can check the box or mark as green if they've done it.

Cons

I cant upload a video or customized video o long follow along program to level up the ilustration routine. The only thing that is missing for me is being able to upload a recorded video of the class for my client. I love the ilustration feature

Mediocre. User interface speed needs to be improve when pulling an exercise and on the workout calendar when adding or removing workouts

Pros

Go user interface on client side. I like that it customized the client phone app to my company logo. Exercise pictures are also well done.

Cons

On the trainer side I consistently had issues with slow loading times, or workout programs being completely lost after finishing them. This second point was disruptive enough that I will likely not be renewing my membership moving forward.

Great! I was always taken care of as a customer and I feel like they hear my voice as someone who has 50+ personal training clients.

Pros

The most important thing to me is using the exercise pictures as handouts for clients. This was something no other program did. The value of the pictures is worth it. As an experienced trainer, this is what I need. Workout sheets. Not apps, email systems, check ins etc.

Cons

Least desirable is the amount of clicks I need to take from building a workout to saving it to printing it. Also, finding workouts I've made is a hassle. There needs to be a recent history function, and an auto save as I have crashed and lost the workouts many times.
