All l I can say is WOW. What a difference their team has already made in our business! The numbers speak for themselves, for the month of May our online revenue has increased by 40% YoY!!. This isn't even taking into account the phone revenue for the month. Yes, the numbers are great but what has truly exceeded my expectations is the amazing customer service provided to us by Gravity Free. The personal contact, weekly/sometimes daily phone calls, constant availability to answer every question I can come up with, their extreme organization has completely blown me away! From the crisp and modern design of the front end to the robust and easily managed back end, we couldn’t be happier with our choice to make the switch to their platform. Their website design and content management system are light years ahead of what we have experienced with both wire service and other 3rd party developer websites. Regular feature updates and constant development ensure we are always on the cutting edge of e-commerce, well ahead of our competitors. We have been on the platform for 10+ years and we are still growing 20% +. The attention to detail and the new versions that have been released over the years keeps our look fresh and at top performance. There 360\* program where they help market your site though email, social, SEO, and PPC is worth the money you spend. If you are serious about having a strong web presence in your market this is the best option hands down. Pros Easy to use with great features. The website allows us to focus on showcasing our products in an organized fashion so our customers find exactly what they want quickly. New features are always being released allowing for constant improvement. Cons To be honest there are not many cons to the software. Like anything you need to address issues as they come up and the team at Flower Manager do that very well.
