“Great changes noticed since we implemented”

OverallOverall, it was a great experience both as an administrator and user giving and receiving feedback.
Pros- Decluttered user interface and product experience - Flexible solution for various scenarios for objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs) and individual team-member goals - Accessible across various devices
ConsHonestly, there isn't much to complain about except maybe the limited features available when offline, which can be a pain for often than you think

I highly recommend Performly.
Pros- Ongoing feedback - User friendly - flexibility to add new features
Cons.
Recommendations to other buyers- After year end appraisal, you can add section for the managers for promotions. - Adding on Probation feedback to have all employee performance record in one place. - Talent Assessment and identify employees based on the 9 boxes . - Adding skill matrix in the profile of each employee to be able to select the right employee in the right project - succession planning
