Pros: I liked that the budget could be captured efficiently when the used of the multiple budget codes.

I also like that it had a bank reconciliation function that we used to generate reports to reconcile our different accounts.

Cons: Sometimes I wished for every new person added to payroll that you could just click a drop down to mimic another person with same job title. Instead for every person you had to key all the multiple budget accounts with the appropiate percentage for the funds the employees are being paid from. Sometimes this takes long when you have a lot of new staff to hire.

Overall: The benefits was being able to allocate resources and cost per department efficiently. Also, to have hires paid to the exact grants or funds that was obtained for and when audit comes it is easy to show the cost per the the funds.
