The training videos, access to support and the friendly nature of all the staff are second to none. No hesitation in recommending this product. Pros Navistream provides us all of the information required and more to run our day to day dispatch business, monitor performance and provides foundational information for our KPI's. When questions or issues arise, the support team at Navistream are always available to assist. The entire team you get to work with from sales to service are exceptional. Cons Any small bugs or glitches that come up Navistream addresses right away. There area some software development waits but nothing that is a show stopper for our business. The user of the log book is completely computer illiterate. The training and ease of use for him has been shockingly simple. I sat down with the Navistream team four months ago, just out of the blue, and was shocked at what they had to offer and what the product was capable of doing. Cons I am sure that if something is missing Navistream will figure it out. For what we are using it for it is awesome. Reasons for choosing Navistream ELD We purchased on a word of mouth basis. What I like most about the software, besides the ability to track our fleet, is that we can use the data collected (off hwy and on hwy km) for the Fuel Tax rebate. Cons What I like least about the software ... I haven't really found anything I dislike about it as I am still learning how to use all the features.
