“Simple de usar”
Overall: Es una herramienta simple, vengo dando los primeros pasos. No puedo opinar tanto aún
Pros: Es simple de usar, y tiene varios beneficios en una misma plataforma
Cons: La capacitación , me cuesta encontrar elementos en el manual de uso . (Ejemplo armado de listado csv que puedo agregar que no)
Alternatives Considered: ICOMM TMA
Reasons for Choosing emBlue: Versatilidad, poco presupuesto para puesta en marcha.
Facturación en Argentina.
Reasons for Switching to emBlue: Se necesitaba mucho tiempo de los dev para la herramienta actual y tenía muchas fallas. Era una herramienta rudimentaria y con extrema manualidad.

“Funciona excelente, lo recomiendo siempre”
Overall: Lo usamos hace tiempo, nos ha funcionado muy bien, en relación a otros programas de envío es realmente muy estable y eficiente.
Pros: Siempre funciona, la velocidad de envío y las métricas siempre son correctas
Cons: La interfaz es algo esquiva, a veces no se puede cargar los contactos, al editar un mensaje y tocar enter por ejemplo se suelen perder todos los cambios, tiene esos temas de usabilidad, también tiene un error en la contabilización de contactos en grandes bases de datos
Reasons for Choosing emBlue: Porque queríamos una solución más simple que un CRM completo y en su momento funcionó, la competencia ahora es si cambiamos el CRM y este integra el envío masivo

Reasons for Switching to emBlue: Tenía problemas de estabilidad y de métricas, ahora se que funciona mejor pero ya nos quedamos con emBlue

“Bad support”
Overall: Good. Not great, but it was a good tool for a few years.
Pros: Automation. Being able to operate remarketing campaigns easily is something that worth
Cons: We stopped using emBlue because it had a few bugs while programming emails and the support doesn't even exist! So it was very hard to go through it
Reasons for Choosing emBlue: Because our new accounts manager used to work there and told us it would be the better option.
Reasons for Switching to emBlue: Because of the technical support

“Primera experiencia”
Overall: Excelente venta, muy lenta la implementación y el acompañamiento.
Pros: por ahora no tengo nada que destacar....
Cons: no veo resultados, espero otros resultados, por el momento logro los mismos resultados que con un software Free

“Excelente Servicio!”
Overall: Facilita la comunicación con los clientes, permite generar leads, simplifica la comunicación de ofertas, permite hacer remarketing, la experiencia ha sido más que satisfactoria. Y algo que no he visto en ninguna otra plataforma de servicios similares es: Una atención y soporte personalizado de excelentísima calidad, eficiencia y rapidez.
Pros: La potencia de la herramienta, la velocidad de envío de los mails, la variedad de características, plantillas y demás opciones al momento de crear un mail, la posibilidad de Remárketing, la API, las integraciones, los cursos gratuitos, la asistencia INMEDIATA. El servicio en general es muy bueno!
Cons: Creo que solo falta la posibilidad de crear formularios sin costo para incrustar en la Web y que el usuario se registre por voluntad propia al newsletter. Aunque el nuevo servicio OnSite intenta cubrir ese aspecto.
Reasons for Choosing emBlue: Porque las opciones eran mas completas, había soporte y en español, y por la facilidad de uso de la herramienta y lo completa que es.
